My family and I have been visiting Dr. Chiong for more than 20 years. Extremely professional, friendly and detailed when explaining. The staffs there are very friendly as well.

I’ve done much of my dental here. Dr Chiong is like a stern (but loving) uncle when it comes to my teeth. When u need someone whom u can trust, he’s the one to go to.

My family has been seeing Dr. Chiong for years, and we've always appreciated his patience and the detailed care he provides for our oral treatments. Recently, my mum had dentures fitted, and Dr. Chiong has been very attentive, scheduling several follow-up appointments to ensure she adjusts well to them. We're grateful for his ongoing support and the personal attention he gives to make sure everything goes smoothly.

I visited Dr. Chiong at iSmile Dental earlier this week for a filling on my cracked tooth. While I felt some discomfort afterward, I returned today, and Dr. Chiong was incredibly patient and attentive in addressing my concerns. He carefully examined the issue and made sure I felt comfortable, showing great care without ever pressuring me to get additional treatments. I really appreciate his honesty and how he offers clear options, allowing me to make informed decisions. The lady at the front counter was also very helpful. Although my appointment wasn't initially recorded yesterday when I called, but today the lady made sure I was accommodated quickly and reassured me that everything was sorted, her warm, friendly attitude really stood out, and I was very impressed with the level of service. Overall, iSmile Dental provides excellent care with reasonable prices, and I always feel comfortable coming here. Highly recommended!

It’s my second braces experience with Dr Chiong. As I misplaced my braces retainers. Good experience with hassle-free appointment arrangements. My go to dentist!
