I must say he's the worst dentist I ever encountered. Went for cleaning. So many times I was in pain and struggling but he didn't for once stop and just carried on giving me the impression that he wanted to quickly finish off the job. Only once when it was so painful that I raised my hand and asked him to stop then he reluctantly stopped for a while.
Total cost $185!
I checked with my friends and they all told me how good their dentist is where they will stop whenever they see that you're in pain. And they were shocked when I told them what I went through.
This is my first and will be the last time visiting this dentist.
Makes me wonder where did the 5 stars came from. Or this dentist don't like me.

DONT BELIEVE IN THE REVIEWS. THEY FORCE THE PATIENT TO DO A GUD REVIEWS FOR THEM. i did my braces here it was super bad. teeth still not straight, never meet my expectations. but dentist dont bothered and just remove my braces. the outcome was super bad, wasted my money on this. they never even remove the glue stain for the braces and told me "it will drop off". they expecting me to spend more money for cleaning afterwards???? super terrible. the receptionist was unprofessional too. get my name and information wrong. mix up my appointment with others. awful experience. dentish Dr Chiong super rush, my appointments was js 5mins long every month. never even tell me the conditions of my teeth. super impatient too, ask him questions cant answer me. just blush me off

Whoever reading the review and still considering if it’s a good clinic, I am here to tell you DO NOT visit. Based on my past 26 years dental experience, this is the most terrible one, the new staff had no idea what to do, unprofessionally trained by the senior staff infront of me while I was doing x-ray (both were Filipino I think) , also, impatient doctor.

terrible dental. was here for braces. each appointment only took around 10minutes. super impatient and rush. never even tell me the conditions of my teeth. need to wait extremely long even i booked an appointment then what is the point of appointment?????

I want to sincerely thank Dr. Chiong Yew Chieng for his kindness and professionalism during one of the most painful experiences of my life. I was suffering from a terrible toothache that had caused my face to swell, and despite his packed schedule, Dr. Chiong graciously accepted my last-minute appointment and slotted me in for an urgent extraction.
What I feared most was the pain—especially the injection of anaesthesia—but to my absolute surprise, I didn’t feel a thing. Dr. Chiong’s technique was so gentle and skillful, it immediately put me at ease.
The extraction itself wasn’t easy. The tooth cracked and it took some time to remove the roots, but never once did I feel rushed. Dr. Chiong took his time to do it right, despite having three more patients waiting. I’m deeply grateful to those patients for their patience too—it really shows the trust people have in this wonderful dentist.
Dr. Chiong Yew Chieng is not only exceptionally competent but also genuinely compassionate. I’m incredibly thankful for his care and would highly recommend him to anyone in need of dental treatment, especially those who fear pain—he will change your perception completely.

Dr Choong Yew Chieng very nice dentist l, I went back to follow up on my own accord as I feel something on my gum. He assured me that nothing was going on just needed time to heal from plucking my wisdom tooth previously and did not charge me anything. Very thankful to him for assuring me and his prices are really reasonable. I have been charged double the price at other places for the wisdom tooth to be plucked, so drop by here to get your teeth done.
