Doesn’t accept Paynow for anything less than $10 even though the notice at the cashier counter said Paynow is accepted. What era are we living in now?

Price wise - for accessories are reasonable and ok. The staffs will follow you around though. BUT 1 star for one lady staff ~ whom is fussy for just asking a kid not to stand near their stall. Because the foot wear will dirty the wall. Do not understand the fuss though. Weird logic and unnecessary. Not your private property also. Yim Jim attitude. (25 May 2025 - 3.15pm)

I had a really uncomfortable experience here. My friend and I were followed around the store by a staff member (older woman with short hair) even though we were just browsing like everyone else. I was only holding a $3 item and had already said I didn’t need help, but she still asked if I wanted a basket and kept following us. What made it worse was that other people were also coming into the shop and browsing, but she didn’t bother them at all. It felt like we were being racially profiled, and it made us feel very unwelcome. (this is not the first time)

This shop has been around a long time and its customer service is known to be non-existent. Shop assistants will hover around you, pretending to be helpful. The more you try on their products, the more they emphasise the cost of each product you picked up. Business don’t appear to be very brisk as they watched each walk-in customer like a hawk as if the customer will run away with their products unpaid. Customer service don’t exist here as the shop owner has a huge ego and decide whether a walk-in customer can try out the products before purchasing. If they believe you have wet or oily hair, shop assistants will not hesitate to call it out and forbid you to try out their hairbands products.
Shops like this don’t deserve any business if they don’t respect their customers. I hope you close down soon.

The sales assistant at the shop is always rude and unfriendly. The last time i went months ago, i asked if they had paywave. Without a reply, she just pointed to the payment notice. And when she passed me my change, i reached over for it but she just put it on the table. After visiting multiple times, their service has always been rude. Will not support their shop again.

Had an unpleasant experience with the 2 rude aunties who mended the shop. I did not notice the sign indicating that Paywave was not accepted. When I asked for Paywave payment, one of them frowned (stared at me fiercely) and pointed to the “No Paywave” sign.
