this woman with short curly hair was rlly rude to us when we wanted to exchange a wig cap. she screamed at us, interrupted us for no reason. all we wanted to do was exchange a wig cap ($2.50) for 3 smaller wig caps ($2.40) and even allowed them to keep the 10cent change. we also wanted to tell them that we didnt need the plastic bag, however the woman interrupted us by reiterating that we could not exchange anymore. i like the cheap items in the store but customer service definitely needs to be worked on
