I Was impressed by a senior service lady in this outlet! As I was walking around looking for a tmr breakfast, that I can keep and heat up easily tmr morning. I found this outlet have this ' bento set! ( including glutenous rice, cho kuen, zhu cheong fan and yam cake). After I ordered, I told the lady that I need to keep for tmr breakfast 😋. Then she nicely replied that the sauce was will added on top of all the food. Can't separate. I was then say ok. Then have it without in a disappointed tone. Then to my surprise 😮, the lady came back with a this (picture). It was separated nicely! And she even apologise that she have to squeeze the yam cake and zhu cheong fan in one portion. Wow... truly nowadays we really hard to find this excellent service in F&B liao. I would love to compliment this lady! Well done! And thank you 😊 🙏

I was expecting some standard and I did not check the reviews before hand. Food is overly priced. Chee kuey breaks into half. Siew mai falls apart splitting the Nasi lemak only 1 small fish and ikan bilis If you have $5, go donate to charity better than buy something here.

Ordered chicken porridge. But reach home is like plain porridge. The so call chicken is fine and little till can't locate in the porridge. Is $3 that expensive to give chicken pieces? Also, be careful they may over charged and said punch wrongly. I deserve a refund. Just feels cheated, I went back to the store today (23/6) and requested the China lady to show me the chicken. Jian Bo, please change your 鸡肉粥to鸡丝丝粥. Don't mislead consumers.

refuse to accept 5 cents for payment??? isn’t it $$$?? i still received 5 cents from everywhere, i also didn’t reject or say no to 5 cents .

Used to patronise this stall because the chwee kway is not bad and sk has limited option for good chwee kuay, but one really bad experience is what it took for me to stop going back. So why? I bought a pack of ang ku Kueh from them in the morning and as soon as I was home, my wife ate one and said is chao sng ( spoiled). I immediately went back to the mall with the ang ku Kueh to provide feedback but they simply brushed me off saying that what sold is not refundable/exchangeable and attitude of the staff is quite bad - it is important to note that this was bought first thing in the morning and not late evening so I expect it to be fresh. Perhaps I am just unlucky but from then on, I never patronise jian bo anymore despite with the understanding that this might be just an issue with one of their branch/franchise. It is the attitude that put me off, not the food!
