bought a toy and was walking around with it but one of the workers kept following me around thinking i stole it, she then wouldnt say anything/confront when she walked past us but proceeded to follow and invade our privacy. she then went to the counter and found out from the person that made the sale for me that we have already bought it. pathetic.

One of the cashier auntie was very rude when i m just asking her a question to reassure some stuff while she was voiding my purchase. She had scanned other people items to my purchase which was placed on the counter top near my purchase. Well it wasn't her fault , i didnt blame her but is the way when she stared at me with a very sterned and angry tone. Such a bad shopping experience

Worst customer service.. lady at the gift packing area started screaming as she has many things to pack and I cannot stand there.. I don't think this is the way you can talk to a customer..

Well stocked, reasonably priced toy and baby / children's necessities store. Premises are well organised and searching for items are easy. Staff are also generally helpful and friendly.

Wanted to get safety gate for my kids room.. staffs were very helpful and at the same time concerned. My son probably had too much for lunch, he vomitted alot, one of the staff quickly help to cleanse the area and even asked about my son if he is feeling better. Thank you so much !!
