Wanted to buy 4 donuts to be put in a box at 2.30pm today. The staff named Natalie said i need to buy 6 donuts to have a box. I told her i can pay for the box. She did not say anything until i asked her the cost of the paper box. She said $1. I was totally taken aback cos it does not make sense for a paper box to cost $1. Maybe I am wrong. However, what I was most disappointed and shock was her indifference. Meaning - I can either take it or leave it. Never had a met such a staff from Krspy Kreme in other branches. With this is poor customer service, i choose to forgo this donut place.

My sister scheduled a deliveroo order on Sunday midnight for Monday morning for 10:30am-11am. On Monday morning Priscilla calls to inform that the delivery will be delayed as the donut delivery to the store would be delayed — arriving only at the store 10.45am and had said she would personally deliver it at 11am. After sharing that the donuts were meant to thank ward for taking care my recently deceased father, she said she would also call to let my sister know when the donuts have arrived for assurance.
Instead of calling, Priscilla texts my sister at 11:04am, stating that the donut delivery to the store would only be done at 12, and subsequently the delivery to the ward can only be done at 12:30-12:45pm. This was absolutely disappointing, as my sister and I needed to be at the wake.
After another phone call, Priscilla agreed to do the delivery personally to the ward. Fingers crossed, she can keep her promise today.

Taste:
For people with a sweet-tooth, this is definitely a delight! But personally I’m prefer not-so-sweet items so this is a bit too much for me. Nevertheless, the doughnuts have a rich flavour and has a thick texture to it. One bite, and you can taste all the sweetness and cream.
Service:
The staff seemed friendly even though there is little interaction.
Price:
Reasonable, given the rich flavour and satisfying portion.

Krispy Kreme, wide variety of delicious Donuts but they can be too sweet for some. Many Bakeries have seen replicating their Donuts with Toppings.

One of my favorite donuts, however the business is stingy for the price that they are selling. Promos are always made with so much restrictions. 5 + 1 sign is there but the free donut can only be the particular flavor that you choose? I understand if the free donut should be of the lower priced item, but forcing consumers to pick a flavor that you chose is ridiculous.
Staffs are also not trained to speak, their voices can’t be heard with your counter stationed so far away and above the consumer.

I ordered online through Compass One in Sengkang to be send as a bday surprise. Expected to be in the box which is more presentable to the receiver but they packed it individually. So disappointed with the service and the person who packed it. Krispy Kreme known for the lovely box and delicious donuts please don't spoil the image.

Bad service as why can’t i pay by cash as i’m a person without card. this is a terrible experience also the sign never even face customer how to see. should place the sign to a more visible place so that customer can see

My first try from this shop of donuts.
I can say it's super sweet but it's not my taste especially the cranberries topping.
Other with a kit kat decoration also very sweet... disappointed why made so sweet?
It's like biting on sugar instead of donuts after 2nd bite I threw it away, really cannot eat for health issue...
