As a bubble milk tea lover, I appreciate that LiHO is making healthier choices more accessible—especially with growing concerns over sugar intake. I’m glad they were the first to offer Stevia as a sugar substitute, and surprisingly, it didn’t compromise the taste at all.
I initially wanted to order the Classic Milk Tea with Mixed Sweet Potato Pearl, but was told it was out of stock—which was disappointing, but understandable.
I went ahead with an Earl Grey Milk Tea topped with Red Sugar Pearl and Taro Balls, sweetened to 25% with Stevia. The drink was flavorful and enjoyable overall, but I did notice that the Red Sugar Pearl wasn’t as soft and chewy as it should be—a bit firmer than expected, which affected the texture experience slightly.
Still, it was a satisfying drink, and I’m happy to see LiHO offering healthier alternatives without sacrificing too much on flavor.

Poster says 4 litres and also clarified with the staff she said it’s 4 litres and when I looked at the bottom of the said container, it wrote 3 litres, tried asking the staff again they told me that container is 4 litres regardless of what is stated on the container. judge for yourself. I went to collect my order and I was greeted by a friendly lady who prepared my drink from 11am. It was well packed and they provided a few cups and straws, great for smaller gatherings.
Went to SKP to buy smaller cups as the cups liho provided was normal large bubble tea cups. Brought the honey green tea to my family gathering and most of them liked it we can even reuse the container! Thank you!! (Updated review on 16th April 2025)

Waited 30mins for 1 cup of bubble tea. Order was done long ago but not packed for collection. 1 staff at the back cooking bubbles, 1 just keep churning out orders not bothering about the amount of cups on the desk. The other was struggling to find the order to match with the drinks so much confusion. Basically they are just firefighting which customer come and ask about their order they find and serve.

Ridiculously poor policy. My girl ordered a cup of drink and i requested it to be without ice. Th cashier said they only accept less ice, i can’t chose it without ice. I explained to her that my girl is having running nose, usually there was still too much ice even if choose “less ice”, if it was because of higher cost, i am ok with less than a cup. But the staff said that’s the company policy and it’s not allowed. End up I am still getting the drink with “less ice”. There is nothing wrong with the staff but the policy, in fact she tried to explain with good attitude.
Try to be flexible, LIHO.
And after so long the straw is still the same. Make it so difficult to drink.
The barley pop is nice though.

Yesterday around 7:30pm was purchased Badge Combo in Compass One outlet, the girl which is wearing glasses was very polite to place the order for us, after we got the drink and the free gifts and would like to ask if can change for another Character Badge, then another girl which is very rude and talk no properly and no clear something like say "不可以“ or "可以" then walk to other place, we was very blur at there can or cannot..untill the wearing glasses girl seen we still there just smile and told us cannot change...I ok with there if ready cannot change but the girl no need to throw her bad attitude to the customer.

Terrible service. Almost no crowd and had to wait nearly 10 minutes for a simple drink. Staffs have no sense of urgency and only prioritize mobile orders. This shouldn't be the case

The staff working in the shop on December 31st were really rude. The Chinese lady working the cashier could not convey her words properly. Not knowing that they were out of milk, I placed my drink order through the mobile app and waited for 30 minutes even though the drink was supposed to be ready in 5. All this for them to tell me they were out of milk. When I asked to cancel my order, they just ignored me. Instead of finding a solution, she spoke in Chinese to the other worker to quote on quote "just find something in the fridge to give her". When I finally got my drink, it was merely thrown at the counter without an update to the order status. While I understand FnB environments can be stressful, this was truly unprofessional and this behaviour was truly unwarranted.

this outlet is so bad and lack of management i ordered cookies machi at 12.06pm through the mobile app and waited close to 30mins and when i ask for my drinks the waiter told me they had no milk ??? then why did they even allow me to order it and not say anything
Additionally the waiter serving me was so rude when tried to ask for cancellation she was just giggling and laughing with her coworker and totally ignore my presence
i find this type of attitude totally unacceptable as they could at least reply to my concern first instead of ignoring me totally

Super slow serving, staff looks like never trained and idk why they rather keep every drinks on their countertop instead put them on the platform for us to collect, are they trying to make everyone queue just to show they’re very busy??? Besides, the way they make the milk tea is really a concern, obviously some milk tea need to shake but I literally see the staff is stirring❓
No comment on taste, since they just using powder to make everything

Ordered a hot tea but it came out warm. Waited for quite awhile for them to clear the drinks meant for delivery, probably the reason why my tea got colder. Disappointing.

Ordered premium jasmine tea through the app. Didn't know it was a latte, was about to give to my kids, didn't read carefully. Taste was good, didn't feel the latte though, just like a tea with milk (very less).
App is convenient, just order and collect afterwards and it has quite a number of rewards there.
