Wow! Never expected a big crowd here but heya its a long wait man...

Food:
Coffee is the game and we ordered in via their app. Taste is rather standardized between other branches. So yeah, u get the same taste here and anywhere that has the same branding.
Service:
Minimal human personal touch except for the part where they issue the coffee/beverages out. Orders were made through their app and it kinda sped up the ordering process. Even payment has been directed via digital platform instead of cash. Nway being human, we need the human touch, which is at the end of the whole transactions. But with that few seconds of interaction, it is the most important actually. Impressions are formed with those basic greetings, smiles and gestures. The lady who gave out the orders had a pleasant outlook and we were glad that she created a lasting impression. O
Atmosphere:
It was crowded and many were standing around waiting for their orders. Well, cant blame them as there isnt really a waiting area, which is a normal concern that can be thought off as a secondary phase.
All in all, this is a great place to go to.. despite the long wait🤣

I placed my order from home in the morning to save time, but when I arrived, the staff had missed it. I was told to wait while they made the drink on the spot, without any explanation or apology. Additionally, one of the staff members appeared visibly annoyed

My favourite cafe in China. Good coffee, reasonable price but you ought to know how to use their apps. Highly recommended!

Terrible experience. Would give 0 stars if I could.
Visited on 28th May around 1:45pm and witnessed appalling service. An elderly lady was clearly struggling to use the app to place her order and repeatedly asked the staff for help. Instead of actually assisting her, the staff would give half-hearted responses and then turn away, more interested in doing their own thing than helping a customer in need.
It was obvious she was confused, and rather than showing any patience or proper guidance, the staff made her stand there waiting while they barely engaged with her. The final straw was when she got to the payment stage and they told her to "go to your bank and pay with PayNow." Really? If she knew how to do that, she wouldn’t have been asking for help in the first place.
For a place that forces customers to order through an app, the absolute bare minimum your staff could do is properly assist those who are unfamiliar with the process, especially the elderly. Instead, what I saw was indifference, laziness, and a complete lack of basic customer service. Extremely disappointing.

I am very disappointed with the service at CompassOne. From the moment I entered, there was no greeting or acknowledgment from the staff. The team appeared disorganized, and my order was completely mixed up, causing unnecessary frustration.
This level of service falls far below expectations, and it was an overall unpleasant experience. Unfortunately, based on this visit, I will not be returning. I hope you take this feedback seriously and improve your staff training and service standards.

Terrible service I have experienced in this outlet. I politely asked for take away my drink, the staff just glanced at me impatiently and then ignored me. Ok I can forgive that she’s supposed to be “too busy”.
After waiting for a while, she’s still ignored my request. Ok then I take away by myself.
I asked she to provide the packaging tape bcs it’s in her hand I can’t reach. She still ignore. TBH I angry already. 一大早上谁欠她钱？ Until I said excuse me again and pointed at the tape. She finally THREW it to me!!! It’s the worst service I have ever experienced!!!!

I don't know what's going on with the outlet here but it's twice in a row that it's out of ice!! This is now at 747pm. The last time was a little later.
Is Sengkang Compass One so freaking hot 🔥 that it's always out of ice or just bad management??!!!
