Came back to exchange a pair of earphones that stopped 5 days in (you broke my heart, Miniso!!! ššš Lol). I didn't have a receipt but didn't stop Sunny from trying. Actually, that couldn't stop Sunny. I felt really bad for him as he was frantically moshing the keyboard trying to locate my receipt. I offered to just escalate this issue to corporate to spare the agony but he was having none of it. We Chinese people have a saying, "ęå§ęē»ā Basically it's to express the admirable quality some people have to doggedly -- in a good way, haha!! -- to see things through to the end. Anyways, thank you Sunny for taking on my stress as you own. I was surprised to learn that he was not the store manager. He carried himself with such reassuring confidence that I mistook him for THE store manager of this store. Maybe it's time to promote him -.give him the title that is long overdue. I actually will come to this Sengkang store the next time I need to get something from Miniso. Btw, Esther from the Punggol was super sweet too. You know, this reminds me of the old retail adage of hiring friendly and helpful people and not hiring them then teaching to be such. Sometmes these qualities are innate and not teachable, you know? After reading the comments, I don't think I was the only one having price issue here. Shelf says $3.9 charged $4.9, $5.9 charged $7.9. After paid then I realized that the prices were different. Complained to cashier, no help, just said shelf label mixed up. Commment from 8 months ago the same. Just say mixed up and settle the issue?
Complain to their email on the website, looked like no such email or maybe too many complaints they just delete the mailbox.
Don't want to buy here anymore.

Not sure who is the one that setup the stanley mug lookalike section. No warning sign not to touch. The wife took the mug, take a look, put back and the display topple, causes a chain reaction and now she is the proud owner of a broken mug. You have been warned.

Cashier, who was a lady, was so rude, very poor customer service. I bought a blind box, wasnāt obviously carrying a bag on me. She didnāt ask if I need a plastic bag before me paying for the box and perhaps thatās fine because sometimes people forget. However, afterwards when I asked for a bag, she asked me to pay her 10 cents. Since minimum payment for paywave is $10, I decided to paynow and showed her. Immediately she got pissed off, looked at me as if I was dumb and screamed 20 cents at me. I thought genuinely I might have misheard, apologised and paid another 10 cents and once again showed her. This time she literally pointed three fingers at me and when THIRTY THIRTY. First of all, why is miniso charging so much for a bag and secondly, she pointed to each finger one by one and screamed it to me. Third of all, there was no way I misheard her three times because I even clarified the second time. She was even looking me up and down the whole time and had a nasty expression and tone. Once again apologised, paid for it and left with my whole mood ruined.

Extremely rude staff.
I purchased 22 small gifts for Christmas. The cashier staff (Ms Surianah) attended to us and what amaze me was that she was practically scanning 22 of the same item one by one. I questioned why not count the total number and key into system.
She refused to listen and kept scanning . I question her why. She became angry and literally started to throw my gifts into the bag , till I questioned her , why are my gifts thrown into the bag. She stopped.
At the end of the transaction, I asked for her name and her reply. " They know my name and I am the only staff working here "
I asked her name and again same reply. I asked again and then she replied unhappily Ms Surianah.
What a Minoso Service during Christmas.

Wanted to buy some of the blind boxes sold by miniso but was to disappointed to find that they have been opened by the salesperson for previous customers. The cover of the boxes have been taped back. Other than that, the store does have a wide variety of offerings.

At MINISO Compass One today.
Bought the Stripe Eye Mask with ear plugs, the prices tags show $3.90 but at payment itās was $4.90!
Was told by the cashier they didnāt update the prices tags yet! Itās misleading & Dishonest! This is not the way to do business!
So buyers beware!
