There were six staff drinking Starbucks and chatting. I had already seen the doctor and was waiting for my medication. After 30 minutes, only then did they say, “Oh, it’s here.” No one apologized for wasting my precious time—do they think they’re so great that patients should just wait for them? Please, it’s only because your location is convenient. I will no longer recommend this branch. Please improve the front desk’s service attitude. Google reviews don’t lie.
All they seemed to care about was showing off, how good they looked, and the spilled Starbucks drink!
Two interns were fooling around at the back while all the patients were left waiting—no one was managing the situation. What a waste of time!

I called in the clinic in advance for their advice if i could seek treatment here. When i came to clinic to register they spoke to the doctor to highlight my condition and he escalated to see my case next as i was in pain. Dr Mohan attended to me and examined, he made detailed explanations and was very fast and efficient in his diagnosis and treatment. He helped me the best he could ang gave appropriate treatment. I appreciate the care and concern given by the front desk staff and dr mohan. Thank you for your help!

It's a very small clinic with only 3-5 seats. Booked my influenza vaccination via the app for a weekday afternoon and within a few minutes of my arrival and registration, I was called in. Doctor was clear with the standard explanations and she was skillful with the injection. Payment was fast and the receipt and vaccination cert were emailed to me. 👍

Walked in on a Tuesday evening for a quick flu checkup. I think this is one of the most phenomenal experiences I’ve had in a General Practitioner clinic. Although many older patients are not used to younger receptionists at a clinic, as an assistant at a specialist clinic, they’ve outdone themselves with the respect and service they’ve given to me. They were also patient when patients who registered after me were very impatient and wanted to see the doctor asap.
I consulted with Dr Zheng Qing Yu and he was quite understanding of my concerns.
I’ve been to another Minmed branch and were not welcomed by the older receptionists. They even pronounced my name wrongly. Hence, I’ve decided to try out Minned at Conpass one. Will come back here again!

Obtained the q number from the app, when I arrived at the clinic, my number already been called. The clinic assistant in black glasses informed that if want to see doc, have to re-q from scratch. I feel it is quite unreasonable, why then have a digital q system? Usually, other clinic assistants will put me behind 1-2 person, and not re-q from stretch. Some people just cannot sit in the aircon for long hrs due to their illness. Pls relook into it.

I was accompanying my very ill husband tonight around 8.15pm, he had very bad food poisoning symptoms and vomiting and diarrhea badly, we thought to give it a try in the clinic as emergency department in hospital may make us wait even longer, the receptionist told us we need to wait at least another half an hour, (the clinic closes at 9pm on Sunday), we were left with no other choice as it's already 8pm plus, so we decided to stick with this clinic. When we told the receptionist that our case is considered emergency as my husband needed me to carry him a bit to stand straight, she immediately told me off: everyone here is an emergency case! I was horrified to hear such a rude reply with no empathy and compassion! I didn't want to argue and delay the treatment further, so we just accept it. But I am just so disappointed with this kind of customer service😔. If I have other choices, I am not going back again!

Went yesterday to consult GP as my left wrist hurts for no reason. After waiting for 10 mins, Dr Lee accessed and diagnosed that I may have gouts. He gave me good advice and prescribed the right medication for me which I felt so much better today. I’ll definitely go back to find Dr Lee if I needed medical consultation. Thank you so much Dr Lee🙏

Appointment was scheduled for 7:30 PM, but I'm still waiting over an hour later. What's the point of making an advance appointment if the wait time is just as long? A 10-20 minute wait past my scheduled time would be understandable, but over an hour seems excessive

What a terrible experience with dr yeh ze yang jared! He criticised the fact that I’ve many medical problems. How rude! I’m not a first time patient here and instead a regular ones for few years now due to my hypertension. I believe he’s very inexperienced, impatient and rude!
He doesn’t even allow me to speak and said that I have spoke too many words and he’s unable to process. Hahahaha! What a joke. He asked me questions about my condition, if I never speak up, who will speak?
I’m here because I’m unwell, if not what for im here?
He doesn’t even know what medicine isn’t available and I came here for migraine and asked for Caffox but it wasn’t even available.
This clinic lack the medication that I need and now I require to go to another clinic.
This so called “doctor” asked me if I wanted to do scope for my stomach, and I said yes but where’s my referral letter???
Came here for nothing and I wouldn’t come here on weekends if it wasn’t an emergency case that I need medication. What lousy service and unprofessional conduct!
Please address this matter and approach this dr yeh ze yang jared for his behaviour and bad attitude towards the patient and his career!
