It was our first purchase at this store and I can’t believe they charged us extra $100, without any apology, and they just laugh it off, which I do not think it’s funny. I am not sure if this is one of their business tactic, one of the sale staff told my mom to buy something else from their store with the extra $100 that they charge us. Honestly, who in the right mind will buy more stuff from a store that tried to scam you? because when we told them about the wrong charge in amount, the first thing the sale staff did was saying she charged correctly, instead of checking… till I told her about the cost she showed us earlier then she started to check.. I understand that they are having a promotion, and it’s alright to joke/laugh but I feel that they should handle things more seriously, especially when it comes to money.
