This store manager is extremely rude. No wonder the other staffs under her is rude as well. When i asked whether can i pay by paywave, she proceeded and yelled at me and say they only accept cash or Nets. Mr Bean should really train their staff before your brand being tarnished by such people.

My daughter and myself bought each a pan cake from this branch on 10/7, mine was cheese filling. I was disappointed because I cannot taste any cheese inside and the price of cheese pan cake has raised to $2, the filling is getting lesser.

I have been buying soya bean many times here at Compass One. I always order hot soya bean with NO sugar. But the aunty staff always gives me ones with sugar. Very disappointed and unsatisfied because it happened many times already even thought I told the staff that I didnโt want sugar twice ! Very disappointed. I hope this reaches to the staff there and will be more aware of this problem.

Terrible . All this can be avoided. Super disappointed.

Poor service from this lady.
Ask for something, and she ask me to just refer to menu. Food is not so affordable too.

Was planning to get the 3-in-1 riceballs for breakfast in the morning before heading to work but they have yet to prepare the beancurd and asked if I could pay the same price for just soy milk and rice ballsโฆ.. ๐ฅฒ โฆ

Been there a few times. Last encounter two employees stood near the counter but not taking my order. I stood there for a minute looking at them and they looking at me. ๐
Finally one just tilted her head up as a gesture to ask me what I want while she took off her mask to wipe her face with her hands. She put back her mask and proceeded to prepare my order without cleaning her hands ๐ฑ
Other than this incident, overall experience also not too fantastic with moody attitudes or wrong order. I take it as weekdays blue ๐ต
Suggest the stall to be more hygiene cautious and don't forget to speak up to ask customers for orders.

Almost bought breakfast everyday at here but the staff still don't know what kind of the Soya Milk I prefer. Bad attitude and talking wf another staff when serving. Sometime also will take wrong pancake for me cause busy talking nonsense when take order! Company please take note!!!

Don't expect service. Purchasing from this outlet is similar to making a purchase from a bending machine. The biggest difference is when you have ordered, your purchase is delivered. Here the staff will talk to each other while holding your good or attend to other tasks before serving your food.
Some bending machines greet and thank you. Don't expect anything if that sort here. Literally working a job and nit serving.

Just purchased from the skinny auntie national day set $5.80. she likes no energy to respond. Very disappointed came back home realised my bean water was not given to me. The tall uncle always provide good service but too bag now seldom see him.

Ordered the cheap all day porridge for $2 . The service was good, the staff was polite and the time to receive my food wasn't too long. ๐
This is the first time I'm trying this porridge, the food I received isn't as glamorous as the one in the promo pic but regardless the taste is more important. The meal is also only available on weekends, not sure why.
The porridge tasted alright, it has a nice mix of ingredients. The peanuts and vegetarian floss made the taste less bland. ๐ The fried dough (youtiao) didn't have much taste, it's small in portion and didn't have a soft texture. ๐
But overall, the food is worth as much as you paid for. I don't think it was filling for either kids or adults maybe elderly people will like it.
This place does sell tasty pancakes though which is what I usually get. I definitely recommend the pancakes and soy milk instead๐โจ

National Day is around the corner! ๐ธ๐ฌ To commemorate SG59, Mr Bean has launched a new range of pancakes to Go Local and feature some local flavours. Hereโs what we got to try from their selection โค๏ธ๐ค

Just look at the flowing orh nee and that mochi pull ๐คฉ, Mr Beanโs mochi is the perfect amount of sweet and chewy and we really liked there were taro bits and chunks to give the filling some texture! However, with the whole pancake consisting of starch and flour-based ingredients, the orh nee could have used a stronger flavour profile.

The pandan aroma was fragrant but not overpowering, and paired nicely with the gooey cheese to coat the pancake. We loved the vibrant pandan green and just wish we had more of that filling!

Fans of eggwich now have a fiery option to spice up their day. The combination of otah, egg and pancake was delicious, and is a great addition to their line of savoury eggwiches!

The black and cooling grass jelly went well with Mr Beanโs signature beancurd.
We love how Mr Bean constantly innovates to incorporate seasonal flavours into delicious pancakes ๐ซถ๐ป. (P.S. Do try to have their pancakes warm!) Head down to your nearest Mr Bean and try their SG59 specials before theyโre gone! โ๐ป

This place has always been my go-to shop when I crave soya milk.
They serve a ton of menu items, most being healthy; that's also another reason I like coming here.
Service standard is alright most of the time, kind and all. However, I wish they could adopt a new convenient queueing system, because the classic trend of waiting in line isn't the most attractive thing to frequent/new customers.
I've tried some products in the past several years I've visited this place, and most never fail to amaze me.
The rice ball and classic beancurd weren't my cup of tea when I first tried them. The former just wasn't what I really enjoyed in general, and for the latter: the beancurd was too plain to eat, and was only flavourful when consumed with the special soya bean, which becomes exhausting.
Not that I wouldn't encourage people from buying this though. They're still good dishes for anyone!
Anyway, my favourite product is the rice bowl. The balanced mixture of beans (hollow), broccoli, carrots, rice and choice of topping was what topped this dish amongst the local street food I'm used to eat. Even the sauce mixed with the rice was an eye-opener!
Not to mention their truly outstanding (literally) drinks, which are tasty in their own flavours. Although there are limited options now in this era, they can satisfy me still. My favourite drink personally is their limited-time Thai Milk Tea, which is undoubtedly the best thing after rice bowl. Besides that, I prefer Taro Soya Milk over the rest!

Pancake was served hot in the morning. Quite an affordable and healthier choice for breakfast.
