Addy is very professional on his product knowledge. Beside that he's very patience to serve me in the meantime I've visited his shop for about 3-4 times. Finally I bought his W55 ice maker to my house. Thanks Addy. 10 stars for him.

I made an an enquiry about replacing my 3yo W11. Angela contacted me and made recommendations that suit my needs. She is very friendly and helpful. Introduced the refreshed W12 and explained the new feature. A pre-order was placed and she followed up with the delivery when the stock arrived. Thanks Angela!!
