Im a ogawa return customer,we oso got use other brand before but since we start using Ogawa,we are love it so much...The new model Master i2 are very comfort and easy to use compare with other brand too...

Missus always wanted to get a massage chair but we never really knew where to start. Popped into the Ogawa store at Compass One and Sebastian attended to us. He possesses insightful knowledge about massage chairs and very patiently explained the intricacies of each series and model to us. He also offered for us to try each model to experience the differences ourselves. Kudos to his service. Product wise once we tested out the Biovis, it was really hard to go for anything else. Ordered one there and then for our new place.

Had a wonderful experience trying out the latest Biovis Massage chair with wifey at this outlet. Attended by Sebastian and Aries whom both are very helpful and sincere. The Biovis is superb, definitely an upgrade from the MasterDrive AI. We felt comfortable and decided to get it from them. Thank you guys for helping us to get the best deal!

At first, just step in to enquire something, with Sebastian 's help, explanation and encourage me & my husband to try / experience their new products, ended up with a new purchase. Sebastian is very detailed and knowledgeable with the function sof their massage chair. His explanation is very clear and very easy to understand. We were thrilled by the knee function from Genix 3. It's compactness was also one of our consideration factor. We were truly impressed. Thank you Sebastian for taking time and letting us tried almost all the massage chair avaliable in store.
