Sebastian and Aries are both very knowledgeable and friendly staff, they explained alot in details abt each massage chair. they even know the competitors' OSIM uDream massage chair issues (we currently own uDream) and how those issues can be tackled in Biovis massage chair. Recently make a purchase on the new Ogawa Master drive posh massage chair. I had walked in the shop with idea of just trying the massage chair and Sebastian had attended to me and my sis. Missus always wanted to get a massage chair but we never really knew where to start. Popped into the Ogawa store at Compass One and Sebastian attended to us. He possesses insightful knowledge about massage chairs and very patiently explained the intricacies of each series and model to us. He also offered for us to try each model to experience the differences ourselves. Kudos to his service. Product wise once we tested out the Biovis, it was really hard to go for anything else. Ordered one there and then for our new place.
