The hair stylist actually seem dont bother and not paying attention
Really dissappointed for my hair look right now as it is totally short that i unable to spike my hair!.

Their shopfront is so big but they don’t allow customers to wait inside the shop.
All others $12-$15 type of hair cut salon allow customer to sit and wait inside. No website or email/number to feedback so basically their company can’t be bothered with their customers

Long hair Guy with tattoos near the door. Do not go to him. Very rough. Literally pulled my hair at those parts with knots. I went for long hair lady cut. He asked how much to cut. Those points which i pointed to him how much to cut, he will just cut. Disregarding how to blend the lengths in. Cut was uneven in the end. Kcuts is better.

first time cutting here, please DO NOT go to the long hair guy with tattoos near the entrance. he will tug and pull your hair. he did not confirm the length i wanted to cut and just went straight to chopping my hair off. i recommend going to EC house, their more gentle with your hair and will ask before cutting.

My first time writing a review as I rarely like to write negative things. Have been a loyal customer at this outlet for many years but this latest experience was really bad. The aunty cutting my hair was really slipshod and didn't cut my hair evenly with strands sticking out everywhere. She seemed more ready to go home than anything and was trying to finish the job fast whilst tugging and pulling on my hair roots quite roughly. I get that it's late at 8.30pm and she's tired and wants to knock off, if she's not in the mood to do a good job, it'd be better to just stop for the day instead of doing a bad job on another person's hair. I've also just ended work after a tiring day and she's made my day worse with such a bad haircut which I'd have to contend with for the next few weeks. Really hope that she improves her attitude. I know that she's one bad egg in a basket of many good ones as I've had great experiences with the other staff. If I ever go back to cut at Okinawa, I'd definitely avoid her and rather wait for the other staff such as Simon who's been superb as mentioned in another review. She's the one in the middle seat on the right side of the shop. Short and slightly plump with medium length dark hair.

No sitting place for customer while waiting? Cutting not carefully done, still ask customer top hair need to cut also? If course need la.

Do not ever come to this place and cut. There are btr options like echouse or kcuts. When i asked for a high slope 2 the barber literally gave me a semi buzz cut. I am never coming back again. I have never wrote reviews here but this time it was actually damn bad.

Terrible hairdresser. The aunty cut my son hair till so botak. It’s not even smooth. If you want to go there to cut hair choose the male hairdresser better. Last time im going here.
