Lara is my hair specialist. She is very approachable and professional. She did do a scalp check up for me and provide me the solution during the first consultation. After the first hair loss treatment provided by her, my hair loss problem improved 50%. After that , she also taught me how to wash my hair at home. Great experience with consultant Lara who took time to explain my hair scalp condition. No hard selling, did not feel pressured to buy their packages. Trial session was pleasant and comfortable, scalp felt very cleaned afterwards! Eventually bought a promo package :)

First timer here. Quite interesting to have a close look at the hair roots. Lara explained in details that were easy to understand about my scalp, as well as the process of my hair treatment. Treatment was done by Sammi. Entire treatment felt comfortable, she's gentle with handling (no pain or anything) l. Overall, it's quite a nice experience!

The best experience we had for the scalp treatment, the results are very good and feel like they eliminated lot of irregularities in the scalp in one session itself. The lady representative- Janne provided guidance and explained each and everything. Will recommend for my friends as well.
