Called to make sure they had the meds my dog needed before heading down and they were super helpful and friendly! In store they asked the questions in the severity of my dog’s condition and recommended the meds appropriately. Very good service

Bought pet nail clipper from this shop, but unfortunately the nail clipper was not sharp enough to cut through the nails of my cats. It instead crush the nails and was not a clean cut. Staff said it was sharp by proving to cut a piece of paper.. Requested to do maybe 1 to 1 exchange as I still have the packaging but was rejected.. maybe can avoid this nail clippers for those planning to buy

Has the basic requirements for urgent needs to tide you over. Possibly not a place for my needs. Staff could be more friendly. Greeted staff who just stared. Thanked staff and she just stared. While store had what I need, for small animals, staff turned me off and i will not be returning. If however you enjoy the silent shopping with no interaction, then this is the place. But wait, convenience stores already do the self check out, this could be the same and the score would be higher.

Bad experience. They don't deserve a star at all. One of the lady kept following me around. There was a Chinese lady and she did not follow her ard maybe because I'm a Malay. When I told her she could wait at the counter she sway her body left and right in front of me. It's annoying wherelse every item I took I put at the cashier yet kept following me around. Unacceptable 👎. When I went to other store not like this

Extremely unfriendly staff who intentionally stood outside to glare and observe your every move without offering to help. Seems like the store does not require customers to sustain the business.
