Aunty gave a very good service today, 29 June Sunday. I didnt get her name but I recognize her! We bought 5 sets of top and bottom! Love her service. Will definitely come back for her! ❤️

Salesperson has zero product knowledge and interest to serve customers. Just took item and brought it to the cashier expecting me to pay for it without any questions asked.

went here just awhile ago today on 8 Aug 2024. Served by an exceptionally great lady with knowledge and tips. didn't catch her name but after chatting with her, she just joined here in June this year 2024. she might look fierce but when you talk to her, she's actually very nice. wanted to buy 1 but ended up buying 6 pairs 😂😂 worth $200++. never regretted buying from this brand. frequented marine parade often..decide to try here since I live nearby.

Overall 3* as there was a very good 5* and helpful lady staff last yr (unfortunately i didnt get her name)
Very poor service by an elderly aunty staff. Did not bother to help measure sizing or give advice on fitting. Very poor product knowledge - when i asked for recommendation she handed me a nursing bra which was totally irrelevant. Could also hear her complain about customers from inside fitting room.

Be careful with the size. They seem to mix up the size easily. I only realised it when I wanted to wash the items. They calmed that they cannot find my receipt info at first. However, the staff called back and assisted me eventually.

Terrible. Staff insisted that the bra size I told them was wrong and made me try a size smaller. I could not breathe properly while wearing that size but staff was insistent that it fit well and kept hardselling me to purchase the product. She also commented on the shape of my breasts and said it was due to poor self care which I found rude. Aren't breasts shape due to genetics ?

This is not a review of the outlet per se, but would just like to commend the staff managing the Pierre Cardin FB page.
I set the wrong address on an online order and was trying to reach the customer service team via email. This was Sunday night after operating hours, so understandably I was expecting a reply earliest by tomorrow, even though I was really really anxious about the mix-up.
Chanced upon the FB page and decided to try my luck with FB message. Messaged at 10+pm, received a friendly reply at 11.30pm from the staff saying he/she has edited on behalf of the e-commerce team. I was so surprised by that efficiency!
This level of professionalism and dedication is completely unexpected. I would've left a positive review on the FB page itself but it does not seem to have a feature. Just really wanted to praise whoever was managing the Pierre Cardin Singapore FB account for going above and beyond your duty, you have no idea what a great help you have been to me!

You can try on the normal bras but cannot try on the bras on promotion. It's hard to know if a bra will fit properly if one doesn't try it on. What do you lose by letting people try on the bras on sales? This is a terrible policy. Customer service can improve.

Worst experience . Went there to buy swimsuit but u can't try it on. Wrote there free beg but the promotion end already must add on $11.90 for the bag but go to another outlet at vivo city can try on the swimsuit before u buy and got the free waterproof bag. The staff also not very friendly.
