SUPER BAD AND disappointing experience at this nail shop:
Poor Service:
The overall service was unsatisfactory.
Rude Communication: The staff hung up the phone abruptly and rudely.
Lack of Accountability:
When I asked for the shop manager’s name, they couldn’t provide an answer and seemed to suggest there was no superior. Instead, they blamed me for asking, claiming it wasn’t relevant to my feedback.
Untrustworthy Practices:
Be cautious—this shop pressures you into purchasing packages and makes empty promises. They seem more interested in getting you to pay upfront rather than providing quality service. If you do decide to visit, make sure to get everything in writing.
Aggressive Sales Tactics:
The hard-selling approach was overwhelming and uncomfortable.
Refusal to Provide Staff Information:
The staff also refused to provide their names when I asked for feedback purposes. They kept insisting that the only way to contact them was through their main office, which only offers an email that doesn’t provide proper responses.
Inconsistent Information:
During the hard-sell for packages, I was told that all their outlets are the same. However, when I encountered an issue, they suddenly claimed that each outlet operates differently.
Ridiculous Hard Sell After Sessions:
After I had used 2 out of 10 sessions, they still aggressively tried to sell me more sessions, which is absolutely ridiculous.
I would advise others to think twice before visiting. Make sure you're clear on what’s being promised and avoid falling for their sales tactics. Also, don’t expect any proper customer service or accountability for after sales service.

I recently visited this nail salon hoping for a relaxing experience, but unfortunately, I felt pressured by the constant upselling. The staff seemed more focused on pushing additional services and products rather than making sure I was comfortable and satisfied with my basic service. I understand recommending options, but the hard-selling made it difficult to enjoy my appointment. I’d appreciate a more customer-centered approach that allows clients to make choices without feeling pressured. I was asked to renew my gel manicure assuring it was the best package as I do not need to pay additional $10 for color on top of your package and giving me a privilege to use 1 time - 5 days before christmas, after signing up the package. Mei Ting/ Shane told me that I still need to pay surcharge. I also want to feedback the value package amount that which doest not make sense as you cannot use it to buy service package or product which was misleading again when I was asked to purchase they mentioned you can use it with any purchases. I hope the management will review packages, promotion, to train staff with proper sales acumen with a good customer service.

Not my first time here and have a package with them. Service rendered is great on each visit. Overall i love the ambience and service. Keep it up. 👍

The customer service was exceptional as well. The staff took their time to answer all my questions and offered helpful suggestions based on my needs.

Very rude service. Not friendly at all. Other outlet like Waterway Point the staff are more friendly unlike in this outlet they all frowning and not welcoming at all not even a smile..
