1st visit was good.
The second visit not very pleasant,
Manicurist was too eager to sell the package and did not allow enough time for the nail polish to dry.
Manicurist blame customers' slippers too tight.

Relentless hard sell from the moment I walked in — it felt more like a sales pitch than a nail salon. After refusing their “special treatments,” the staff rushed through everything. They didn’t even bother to scrub my feet or deadskin during the pedicure.
As for the gel manicure? Chipped and peeling in under a week — and I don’t even do housework.
Awful service, zero value, and a completely ridiculous experience. Never again. Not even coming back for “free removal”. Don’t bother.

Great service and exceptional artistry! The staff is talented, and my nails always turn out perfect. However, the constant upselling takes away from the overall experience. Even when I’m satisfied with my nails, they keep pushing packages or additional services. It’s not the best way to end an otherwise excellent visit. A little less pressure on the sales front would make the experience flawless!

Nail technician Vanessa was nice and friendly plus not overly hard sell. However despite their expensive rates the gel nails chipped the next day. Not worth it. Also wish I read the reviews before going cause almost every color option need to top up on top of their expensive price.

Poor Service:
The overall service was unsatisfactory.
Rude Communication: The staff hung up the phone abruptly and rudely.

When I asked for the shop manager’s name, they couldn’t provide an answer and seemed to suggest there was no superior. Instead, they blamed me for asking, claiming it wasn’t relevant to my feedback.
Untrustworthy Practices:
Be cautious—this shop pressures you into purchasing packages and makes empty promises. They seem more interested in getting you to pay upfront rather than providing quality service. If you do decide to visit, make sure to get everything in writing.
Aggressive Sales Tactics:
The hard-selling approach was overwhelming and uncomfortable.
Refusal to Provide Staff Information:
The staff also refused to provide their names when I asked for feedback purposes. They kept insisting that the only way to contact them was through their main office, which only offers an email that doesn’t provide proper responses.
Inconsistent Information:
During the hard-sell for packages, I was told that all their outlets are the same. However, when I encountered an issue, they suddenly claimed that each outlet operates differently.
Ridiculous Hard Sell After Sessions:
After I had used 2 out of 10 sessions, they still aggressively tried to sell me more sessions, which is absolutely ridiculous.
I would advise others to think twice before visiting. Make sure you're clear on what’s being promised and avoid falling for their sales tactics. Also, don’t expect any proper customer service or accountability for after sales service.

I recently visited this nail salon hoping for a relaxing experience, but unfortunately, I felt pressured by the constant upselling. The staff seemed more focused on pushing additional services and products rather than making sure I was comfortable and satisfied with my basic service. I understand recommending options, but the hard-selling made it difficult to enjoy my appointment. I’d appreciate a more customer-centered approach that allows clients to make choices without feeling pressured. I was asked to renew my gel manicure assuring it was the best package as I do not need to pay additional $10 for color on top of your package and giving me a privilege to use 1 time - 5 days before christmas, after signing up the package. Mei Ting/ Shane told me that I still need to pay surcharge. I also want to feedback the value package amount that which doest not make sense as you cannot use it to buy service package or product which was misleading again when I was asked to purchase they mentioned you can use it with any purchases. I hope the management will review packages, promotion, to train staff with proper sales acumen with a good customer service.

Vanessa’s service is good. She manage to get my dry skin. She took her time to clean, scrub and massage. With free tea too. Very good service compare to others. Though i didn’t get to experience the massage chair maybe because im a fave user and i only did pedicure. I like also that she didn’t hard sell. Just notice that one of her colleague talks a lot and loud. They wont be able to concentrate in doing their job if they keep on talking.

Was a bit worried cos of the bad reviews, but gave it a try as it was near where i was that evening.
Love my nails and the service. I like short nails so they trimmed it to the length i wanted and also removed my ingrown nails. They will ask if u want sea salt, but just say no if u don't want. It's their job to upsell so i respect it.
Booked last appt slot at 730pm, so they were cleaning up when i was still there and even asked me if im okay, which of course i'm fine.
Deducted one star for the following reasons
- shop was a bit small. First two seats were directly facing the entrance so people outside could see u clearly - glad there was only 1 pax when i arrived so i could get a seat inside.
- they may want to consider digitising the customer's data. It's confusing what package i have left cos the outlet have to call another outlet to find out and i have to sign on a new paper all the time when i go another outlet
- sofas are getting a bit old
