Was at the store on 31/7 to get a replacement for my 6 year old Samsung handphone. Was served by Miki who patiently explained and helped me select a new phone and also helped me transfer the data from the old to the new. She was pleasant and did a good job helping me understand the procedure as we waited for the transfer to complete. Left the store satisfied. ๐๐๐ป๐

I purchased a phone case two days ago, but unfortunately, it does not fit properly as it is loose. I reported the issue, however, the two sales personnel lacked the necessary knowledge to address my concern, which was disappointing. It just led me to walk out of the store instead. It was a total waste to purchase from the store itself, hence there's no assurance that it can be utilised properly.

Went down to the Samsung Experience Store at Compass One to get a replacement phone. I was promptly attended to by a friendly staff, Mr Allen Cheong who patiently listened to my problems and addressed my needs and concerns professionally. He was not pushy and explained in quite great details the differences of the shortlisted model and assisted me in the data transfer and resetting of my Singpass when I encountered some issues. All these while while waiting for the data transfer, he patiently explained more functions of the phone. His warmth, sincerity and professionalism has truly made the buying experience a positive one.

As a hospital worker, my trusty Samsung phone is my lifeline, especially in the high-pressure environment of the operating theater. This early afternoon, my Samsung handphone went kaput, refusing to receive calls.
