The lady cashier crew who attended to us on Friday evening was awesome. She’s super friendly and quick. The food is awesome and the team leader, she’s always ready to help her staff

The staff were bright and bubbly & the food’s really clean so I’ve been a returning customer for a while now. However, sometimes they will forget certain side notes (e.g., when you tell them to remove century egg from the bento) unless you remind them again/check it and reject.

Went to the outlet and got shouted your worker who can only speak in Chinese. There was so much language barrier. I was shouted by her in mandarin (which i a do not) while she’s preparing food and the food handling section, which was far away from the cashier. I am not that sure but based on the rule of thumb, it is best for food handler to be a different person from cashier who handles cash to prevent food contamination. She then proceeded to come to in-front of the cashier knowing that i do not understand her. And she looses her temper when I did not fully understand what she’s trying to say in chinese. I am really disappointed with the service experience.

Love the mee sua. I always crave for the mee sua. However I find that lately the stall is very smoky. The oil smell is quite strong and I can see the staff struggling when deep frying the food. Perhaps you can install a stronger cooker hood to absorb the smoke. It will enhance customers experience as standing in front of the stall waiting for the food is not pleasant.

Sengkang staff were very rude and reluctant to take orders. Keep pointing to the pos machine. Problem w the machine is that it is not integrated w membership so i cant get member price. Waited for about 5 min to be served by reluctant attitude problem staff that looks like foreigners w weak english and 0 Chinese understanding. Standard of food also dropped. Horrible. Will boycott this outlet and go waterway point in future.

Skip my queue number and staff blame me for not checking in with them? Gave them the benefit of doubt that they will call according to numbers but nope, it didn’t happen. Please review on your queuing system. Skip the queue just apologise, simple.
