The staff very inflexible. The Q is 2 number away when I ordered. So I am just patiently waiting for the/my number to be called. The Q number stayed unchanged for very long. When I asked about my order number, it is long ago ready. I asked the staff why the number didn't jump when my order is ready. She replied becos the number before me is not done yet. Why can't they call for my number before the order before me is ready. Really must die die go in sequence?

The staff at Compass One is very good. She informs me about promotions and gives helpful suggestions on what to mix for a good and reasonable price.

I asked for extra spicy during the order. And when it was ready, I asked again if it was extra spicy. She said, "Yes." But it wasn't. I have no problem with people making mistakes or having a slip of mind. However, i do have a problem with people lying and being too lazy to rectify an order. I've supported Shilin since their 1st shops in SG, so I know the difference between a standard spicy and an extra spicy. F&B is tough. Even tougher to find/ keep motivated staff.

Waited for 20 min because the stall keep preparing for their online orders. The space to wait is also limited. Added coriander in crepe even though requested not to add.
