I purchased a sofa from cozy bedding 1 year ago. The salesman was very confident in the product and guaranteed that their product can last for at least 5-8 years. Judging from the durability that the salesman claimed, I purchased the sofa.
However, to my disappointment, after using the sofa for a year, the thread came loose and the sides were torn apart exposing the cushion in the sofa. Prior to this, my family and I used the sofa with care since it was a newly purchased item in the house. Thus, I contacted the company to raised the issue.
They got back to me and had the audacity to say that it was a wear and tear issue and they are not liable for it. This is ridiculous as I have not come across a sofa that succumbed to wear and tear in just a year. The sofa I had before this had similar mechanisms and materials and it lasted for a good 10 years. On top of that, the company insist that I should bear the cost of the repair.
If you are looking at long term durability, do not purchase any items from cozy bedding as the materials they use are not durable at all and they are not there to help in situations like this. They would simply classify it as a wear and tear issue and throw the matter back at you instead of reviewing on the quality of materials used.

Really appreciate the service that Alvin have provided. Our delivery was supposed to be on thursday but the time of deliver was only able to be confirm the day before ie Wednesday.
Requested for the delivery to be earlier, tuesday (next day of our request date) instead. He then proceed to made the arrangements to help ensure that things can run smoothly for us. Really appreciate it
