$2 per pc and subsequent $0.80 per pc is ridiculous outrageous
$18 for 10 pc of lousy b/w paper, its daylight robbery. i got conned and not even follow the pricing list , its not bout the money lost here its how u deal business with integrity and to the community, disgusted.

been here 3 times on multiple occasion for film scanning services. i did not try their photo taking service or copying services. i plainly rate this store based on my film development and also film scanning services.
counter staff was friendly and efficient during my visit. i went there 3 times and above. services render to me was okies. i did not sense any bad attitude towards me.
will still come if i need last min film scanning as its near my home.

Very disappointed with the service today. I went to print and laminate just 2 pieces of A4 paper — nothing complicated. The documents I sent had no crop marks, but they were printed with excess crop portions.
When I asked for them to be trimmed off (since this was clearly a printing error on their end), the staff told me there would be a $2 cutting fee. In total, I was charged $12.50 for printing and laminating just 2 sheets — which is honestly unreasonable, especially when part of that cost was to fix their own mistake.
This isn’t about the money — it’s about basic service responsibility. I expected more professionalism and accountability. I won’t be coming back and can’t recommend this place to others.

The outcome of passport-sized photo quality is extremely worst!
The poor common area is used to take photo without professional lighting set up resulting the brightness on the face is divided into three obvious brightness and darkness section.
While asking for a retake section, staff insisting the outcome is the same and insisting the photo can be used for ICA. Although showing the official guideline from ICA stating brightness on the face should be even, staff further explain if the photo can not be used and get the rejection letter back to them.
Do not visit the store for ICA photo purpose, as it will not save your time by visiting this shop and also risking to have second appointment with ICA due to photo rejection.
It is a waste of money here. I have to spend for another photo taking from other shop.

Price was cheaper compared to the other shop nearer to my house. Was printing 60mm x 40mm photo, it was $12 here. 30% cheaper compared to the other one, even though it was quite expensive already.
Printing was ok, wasn't that quick, asked to go back 20 minutes later, it was quicker than 20 minutes.
Staffs were friendly. Just email for the photo and get printed accordingly.

Today I have experience in taking 20 sheets of black and white print. They charge me 40 sheets cost even though it’s double sides 20 sheets. Total cost charged is 34.00sgd

Service was cold.
Prices ridiculous. 2$ for first page and 1$ for each page after.
I do not recommend this place for printing.

Very disappointed printed 1250 pcs A4 size and cost me $482. Per pcs was $0.40 each which was really a crazy price. Super regret

It is extremely expensive to print documents/photocopy/print photos at this place. It costs $1 to print a document in black/white for each page and it only cost 50 cents per page if you print above 5 pages. So I don't understand why they are responding to comments here and telling people that it only cost 50 cents per piece. That is inaccurate information. Service is also terrible because they do not allow you to check your document before printing. Due to this, there were alignment issues on my document.
I took my passport photo at this place a few years ago and the quality was really quite bad. It would be better if you just go to the machine outside Compass One to take the photo.
They also have a $15 membership which they try to convince people to get and continue using their service. I would suggest people to go to other areas to print their document like bras basah complex because their printing fee is much more reasonable

Very good service and the attendants are very friendly as well. Got in and out in just less than 5 mins.
