Female staff (didn’t get her name, but I’m seeing similar experiences with a female staff as well so perhaps it’s the same one) had no ounce of customer service in her. Came to renew phone and couldn’t decide with the color of the phone as I wanted white but they didn’t have it. When I came back again, she reminded me in a rude tone “I told you just now we only have green and blue” No sign of wanting to help and advice where I could get the phone and overall seemed so unfriendly to help. I understand no staff owes us anything, but the decency to have politeness and respect is the bare minimum. I gave the extra one star for the other male staff I interacted with the day before. I asked if they still had iPhone 15, and though it’s just a simple question and answer, he replied in a friendly tone that they only have the 16. And I could overhear him at the counter, having a friendly conversation with customers and remaining calm when trying to explain to an elderlt customer. I would also suggest putting up the banner on what phones, colours and series they have in stock so customers wouldn’t need to have to wait and ask. I don’t think I’ll be coming back here for any services.

My wife was attended by the staff, Kim, on 14th May 2025 at around 8pm. He is by far the worst telco staff who lacks the most basic customer service skill. Starhub should send this staff for training before he piss off more customers.

It's a help center for basic issues & there was only one person in attendance. For any issues other than simple problems, you'll have to visit their nearest major centre at NEX.
