Staff have skipped vegetable selection and even told my son he only handles sauce section. We have been a loyal customer to stuff’d and have never had such incident. Unacceptable.

Have been patronising stuffd few years, price have increased but the portion given now is ridiculous and depressing. WRONG ORDER. Ordered rice but was given couscous instead!!?? Was told that I would get charged $1 for additional rice. Chipotles potato wasnt given either. Went to other outlets and had no issues. Horrible service.

Extremely disappointing service. I placed a pickup order at 6:40 PM, but by 7:15 PM the food was still not ready. When I asked the cashier if there were any pending orders, he simply said, “I don’t know, just wait.” There were at least 7 other people waiting for their takeaways, while the staff continued serving the dine-in queue ahead of them with no updates for the takeaway customers. What’s frustrating is that no one provided any information. People don’t mind waiting — but at least let us know the status of our orders. After waiting over 30 minutes, another staff member finally informed us that there were actually no pending takeaway orders at all. Apparently, they had forgotten to load the receipt paper into the machine, so none of the takeaway orders had printed. This is completely unacceptable. I had to cancel the order myself through Grab and explain the entire situation to them. The cashier on duty at 7:00 PM at the Compass One outlet handled the situation very poorly. If you’re not going to be customer-focused and just mechanically packing orders, perhaps a factory setting would be more suitable. This level of service is truly disappointing.

Gone are the days where the ingredients given in Daily Bowl touch the cover of the box. In recent years, you guys have been slowly reducing the quantity of food whilst increasing your prices. Although disappointing, I still bought your food from time to time, hoping that the portions would still be reasonable. Alas, my latest meal proved otherwise. I actually had to do a double take because I was literally appalled by the portion size. Guys, don’t waste everyone’s time and also plastic, just reduce the box by 1/2 if you’re not even going to be using the full box. Absolutely disappointing, especially from a customer who has been patronising since your early days at Paya Lebar. This will be the last time I’ll choose to be this shortchanged. Will not be returning until you improve your portion sizes because this is absurd.

Where is the meat? Used to be generous with their meat and a supporter of Stuff'd. My last few purchases come consistently with little bits of meat. That's it, no more stuff'd burritos for me. Felt cheated 😞

I have been a loyal customer ever since I moved from west to now north east. Bad service every staff was rushing the order like wants to get it done and over with. Was ordering rendang chicken and salmon bowls. around 7pm on 5th March. I’m the guy in white. You can clearly see how your staff treated me. When it was my turn, I told the lady infront who handles dressing my order, then after which a spectacle Boy told me he handles the sauce ONLY. He clearly said he handles sauce only and and he decided to skip all my vegetables selections which I did not know. It’s my first time ordering at this outlet. This will be my last. Even the colleague beside him did not rectify this. Even rushed me and gave me the eye like I am wasting their dear time. Like hey what if is an elder that’s ordering? Where’s the empathy? Ramadan period and get treated this way seems awesome. Is this the standard of Stuff’d? What a bad impression of this outlet really. Kena cheated.

I wanted to get a daily bowl but arrived too early at Compass One. Since their opening hours state 10:30 AM, I decided to wait. I returned at 10:45 AM and found everything ready; the chicken was rotating and looked nicely browned, slightly charred, and all the veggies were in place. However, when I tried to place my order, the lady told me they weren't open yet. I asked when they would be opening, and she turned to her colleague, who asked her back. They mumbled among themselves, and she finally said, "Err, 11:30?" It was frustrating that none of them seemed to know their operating hours. Instead of arguing with someone who didn't want my business, I decided to go to Subway instead.

Stuff’d is my go-to for tasty, filling meals! The wraps and bowls are always fresh, flavorful, and generously portioned. The staff is friendly, and the service is quick—perfect for a satisfying meal on the go. Highly recommend!
