(0 star is not an option, so given 1) I visited the shop for my son's haircut. As ambience was good so I assumed people might be professional and hence I entered. First of all it is too costly, $40 for my 18 months baby. Still, I immediately said yes because of my "assumption". Also, Staff was not at all welcoming. My husband hold baby on chair and hold his hand too. One lady stared cutting hair with seizer, after 2 times cut hair my baby started crying. That lady immediately stopped and put seizer in her pocket and said you didn't hold him so I can't do it. Here, she was expected to have some patience as she is doing haircut of baby and also should be some kind of friendly with baby atleast. I talked with her about all this situation but she was so rude. After that, we went to shop beside it and done baby's haircut. I will never ever visit "Super Cuts" again.

First time visiting this outlet with my kid to do my kid's haircut. Asked for the price ($40) but the front desk doesn't seem very welcoming. Always show very grumpy face. I decided to give it a try since I just want to get the haircut down for my kid... The hairstylist is relatively nice and trying to help on getting my kid's haircut but the front desk lady keep asking the hairstylist if it is done and she wants to push another customer to him. I don't feel welcomed and felt that the front desk don't really want to take in kid's for haircut. A very rude front desk, show attitude. I will not visit this outlet again.

i was a regular here, i had my hair stylist served by Clara -(compass one) for more than 5 years, she is a patient person， I'm very satisfied with every hairstyle she designs for me, you are great.

Ive actually patronised few times for hair cut and also hair treatment but first time trying out their hair colouring services. So I went to this salon on Wednesday, I went to see my regular stylist , her name is Christina. I’ve told her that I’ve dyed my hair black. So is it still possible to color . And she told me yes. Because I trusted her . So we proceed with the hair color that I wanted. During the bleaching , I’ve noticed my ends was pretty curly. Like it died. So I’ve heard them conversing in Mandarin, saying that my hair was very spoilt and not able to save the situation. So they actually asked me to color my hair darker ( I find it ridiculous , should have just stayed black) and they asked me to purchased a coloured shampoo and also and additional hair treatment. Very unprofessional of them. When they actually ruined my hair and I’ve to pay additional to save my spoilt hair . Will not recommend to anyone to come here .

I was served by Serene, when I saw here I thought of backing out. As I many bad experiences cutting my hair in Singapore, this is despite paying so much for a hair cut. However, I convinced myself not to be too negative and try it out and show her the simplest one and see if she can do it. Initially, she managed to get the style, however she end up cutting too short. This is about 3-4 inches way short that the instructed length. Regrets always comes at the end, but I thought since I'm going to pay a little bit higher they should be able to do as instructed. They are the hairstylist but I am the one roaming around with the hairstyle. How I wish they just have stick to the instruction, that's what they do best but nope...... Very sad experience and irritating one. Now I have to wait for another 6 months to grow my hair back.
