I have been a regular customer supercuts for probably more than a decade, since I was a kid. For the past few years, there has been a very rude and entitled front desk personnel - Irene. Today, I came in on a Monday morning to trim and style my hair. As usual Irene was being her rude self, and snapped to ask “so you want hair cut or style?” while I was explaining to her the services I wanted. I would have thought the salon would be appreciative of the fact that I was adding on styling services, because usually I only do a trim. But I guess it was hard for Irene to understand a 5 minute explanation or have a basic conversation with a customer paying for the service. Bear in mind, the salon was generally quite empty given that it was a Monday morning. Although I must say the hairstylist Christina, the other staff and even other patrons were lovely. 🌸 This is not the first time Irene has been rude, short and disrespectful, and it definitely won’t be the last. I think it’s best for the company to speak to Irene and find out what her issues are, whether she has issues with certain customers and if she would like to take an extended/permanent break away from the job. I won't return to this hair saloon. I arrived with my son for a wash, blow-dry and haircut. Despite being informed of a wait time, we patiently obliged. However, the wait extended after my son was seated and even after his hair was washed. The attention of the hairdresser then shifted to two new customers, leaving my son with drenched hair and further delay. I expected that after attending to the new customers, they would proceed to dry my son's hair, but instead, she the proceed to wash the new customers' hair, disregarding my son's waiting with WET hair. If the salon is understaffed, they should manage customer expectations better. While I don't mind waiting, my son waiting with wet hair is definitely unacceptable. Every customer should be valued equally. I expressed my intention to pay for the hair wash, as we wouldn't proceed with the haircut. The receptionist, not the hairdresser, apologized and waived the fee for the hair wash. We opted to visit a different salon after,which provided a much better experience. I will not consider returning to this salon in the future.

Rude receptionist. Stylist was impatient with my child as well. Parents, please save your money and go to the salon next door. For the premium price they are charging, the service and hair cut given is atrocious. Service was so poor, even up to the point of making payment, receptionist made a face like can't wait for me and my child to leave.

I Have Been With Super Cut For More Than 20years Since It First Open At Compass Point Now Compassone. As Customer For Many Year With Experience They Also Know What Best For Them But It Turn Me Off With Her Unprofessional Behaviour. Please Fix Her Super Rude And Arogant Behaviour For Goodness Sake You Are In Service Line. It Turn Me Off & I Will Not Support Again Which You Probably Don’t Even Care Or Bother

Very bad head aches after head massage during hair wash , clearly felt he is not experienced in it ! Asked to stop after few massages and completed hair wash .Hope nothing happens to me. Not sure why they assign people who doest know much on massages Personally Will not return again

Visited the compass one outlet for my son's first hair cut , they asked for $40 ( first time I heard in SG this price for a haircut) I agree immediately. And sat in the seat holding my son, The lady at front and the lady which came for hair cut were SUPER rude. We left the outlet immediately. And will never come back.

(0 star is not an option, so given 1) I visited the shop for my son's haircut. As ambience was good so I assumed people might be professional and hence I entered. First of all it is too costly, $40 for my 18 months baby. Still, I immediately said yes because of my "assumption". Also, Staff was not at all welcoming. My husband hold baby on chair and hold his hand too. One lady stared cutting hair with seizer, after 2 times cut hair my baby started crying. That lady immediately stopped and put seizer in her pocket and said you didn't hold him so I can't do it. Here, she was expected to have some patience as she is doing haircut of baby and also should be some kind of friendly with baby atleast. I talked with her about all this situation but she was so rude. After that, we went to shop beside it and done baby's haircut. I will never ever visit "Super Cuts" again.

First time visiting this outlet with my kid to do my kid's haircut. Asked for the price ($40) but the front desk doesn't seem very welcoming. Always show very grumpy face. I decided to give it a try since I just want to get the haircut down for my kid... The hairstylist is relatively nice and trying to help on getting my kid's haircut but the front desk lady keep asking the hairstylist if it is done and she wants to push another customer to him. I don't feel welcomed and felt that the front desk don't really want to take in kid's for haircut. A very rude front desk, show attitude. I will not visit this outlet again.

Ive actually patronised few times for hair cut and also hair treatment but first time trying out their hair colouring services. So I went to this salon on Wednesday, I went to see my regular stylist , her name is Christina. I’ve told her that I’ve dyed my hair black. So is it still possible to color . And she told me yes. Because I trusted her . So we proceed with the hair color that I wanted. During the bleaching , I’ve noticed my ends was pretty curly. Like it died. So I’ve heard them conversing in Mandarin, saying that my hair was very spoilt and not able to save the situation. So they actually asked me to color my hair darker ( I find it ridiculous , should have just stayed black) and they asked me to purchased a coloured shampoo and also and additional hair treatment. Very unprofessional of them. When they actually ruined my hair and I’ve to pay additional to save my spoilt hair . Will not recommend to anyone to come here .

I was served by Serene, when I saw here I thought of backing out. As I many bad experiences cutting my hair in Singapore, this is despite paying so much for a hair cut. However, I convinced myself not to be too negative and try it out and show her the simplest one and see if she can do it. Initially, she managed to get the style, however she end up cutting too short. This is about 3-4 inches way short that the instructed length. Regrets always comes at the end, but I thought since I'm going to pay a little bit higher they should be able to do as instructed. They are the hairstylist but I am the one roaming around with the hairstyle. How I wish they just have stick to the instruction, that's what they do best but nope...... Very sad experience and irritating one. Now I have to wait for another 6 months to grow my hair back.
