Very good service given to us. When we arrived, without we ask they offer water straight away. Very convenient place, not too crowded during lunch time and the staff are very kind in their service. The food is as usual, very delicious and meet our expectation. It's a special birthday celebration for me. For sure will come again to Swensen's Compass One.

I had such a lovely experience at this restaurant! The service was excellent with friendly staffs. They are attentive, and welcoming from start to finish. The food was delicious and reasonably priced.
The best part is, they gave me a full free ice cream just because it was my birthday month! Definitely a place worth coming back!

Service is not bad, generally not as crowded as WWP. The 49 era taste a bit better than the other outlet. We had the fish and chips, duck baked rice and steak. If you have a Swenson’s member you can redeem for ice cream

The waiter had a bad attitude. There weren't many people in the restaurant. We wanted to sit in central with the nice background , but he wouldn't tell us it was closed. We came here to celebrate our birthday and it made us feel very uncomfortable. We seat at corner have mosquito，we request against with the Malay girls manager also not allow,say we are close at the area ☹️ make the place empty don’t let customers seat ,ask customer seat at corner place have
mosquito.and we order fries buckets come with the wrong items and the stuff Unfriendly，we say many time the orange juice give no ice cube but still serve with ice cube 😩

Waited for more than 30mins for my wife rib eye with cheese mac and the food is very cold, the olio pasta is too oily, the steak is too dry, everything is tasteless, good service by Xin Lin anyway…
