The level of quality has dropped . The oil used for frying the fish was too dark, the smoked duck had a ducky smell, and the chicken skin was very greasy and had no fragrance. It may have been roasted quickly over a high fire. *The manager is very helpful and attentive.

Service was good and prompt. Food was fast and efficiently served. The shift manager, Steven was especially genuine in his service, recommending the right promotions to redeem from the app. Also, thanks to the lady in pink with short hair who was very cheerful when serving us and packing for us our unfinished food. Keep it up!

I’m very glad that I always come to this Swenson as the staff are very kind and helpful. Since my daughter can’t take the garlic and the manager Mr Faizal changed for me. And Mr Steven has been very helpful and once for a take away, I was very thirsty asked for water and he gave me. Also a boy Rong Xi when there isn’t much staff due non peak hour, he was very helpful too. I like Ms Zahrah for her polite personality and willingness to answer questions. Thank you Swenson

20241004, today went down to celebrate my father in laws birthday, an unpleasant experience that the house of fire was not serve to him as he not an swensen members. As he is in his late 70s yet ask him to sign up in telegram. Not sure how we treat our seniors with less tech savvy. No flexibility at all. Wondering how others feel. In the past their staffs are friendly. The food was nice too. The dessert only on festive seasons only. The strawberry flavor was nice too.

Sunday 23 Feb, I was at Compass One. Decided to have an ice cream at Swensen's. The Banana Split is still my all time favorite. The service was fantastic starting from an alert young man enthusiastically showing me to a table to another young man helping me patiently with my order. Made my days :))
