My dad who is not fluent in English went to this outlet to look for Lego’s for my brother, the staff was extremely rude to both of them. Both of them started speaking in Malay, which my father understood they said “They only came to look, I climb up there take for them they also won’t buy”. Because of that, my dad bought the Lego to ‘surprise’ them. This is very unprofessional as it’s their job to assist customers who are interested in buying, and not treat customers unfairly just because they are unable to speak ‘proper English’. Not only that, this isn’t the first time this have happened, when I went there with my brother they treated us coldly as they thought we can’t afford it. Just because both me and my brother are not “well dresses” does not mean we can’t afford it. I hope this feedback would improve your hiring standards in the future, and not just hire anyone that has a unprofessional service attitude.
