We have been visiting The Kid’s Clinic for the past five years and the experience has always been excellent. Dr Lillian is wonderful with children and consistently accurate with her diagnosis. Even though we live in the North, we will still travel down to see her. Dr Allyson is just as caring and skilled. The nurses are friendly and approachable, making every visit smooth and reassuring. My children, Dylan and Natalie love the doctors and nurses here so much. We’re truly grateful to have known this clinic.

We’ve been with Dr Lilian and Dr Allyson for almost 17 years — since my eldest was a newborn. Over the years, both of my children have been under their care, and I can honestly say they are truly exceptional paediatricians. They are not only professional and knowledgeable but also incredibly warm, gentle, and reassuring. Whether it was routine vaccinations, unexpected illnesses, or late-night worries — both doctors have always been calm, thorough, and kind. My kids have grown up feeling comfortable and safe in their care, which speaks volumes about the trust they’ve built with us. As a parent, I’ve always felt heard, supported, and grateful for their guidance through every stage. Thank you, Dr Lilian and Dr Allyson, for walking alongside us for nearly two decades. You’ve played such an important role in our children’s health and our peace of mind as parents. We’re truly thankful to have had you as our paediatricians all these years.

Been visiting The Kid's Clinic since the birth of my child. Excellent team composition, 2 outstanding paediatricians and their team of experienced healthcare professionals. Dr Lillian Lim - Gentle, patient and her advises are clinically remarkable and accurate. Rapports and establishes highest trust level with parents and the child. Dr Allyson Tan - Explains very thoroughly on the treatment plans and reassures anxious parents with her rich clinical experiences! To the team of healthcare professionals, especially Shirley and Tracy, always extend extra mile! Grateful for a dedicated team! :)

Absolutely disgusted by the counter staffs in this clinic. Been calling them since 8:30am, clocked in more than 5 calls to no avail. Reached at 8:50am to see 3 of them happily chatting away and they mentioned no doctor around . Questioned them why didn’t answer my calls when obviously they were in early . Their reason being ‘ oh we don’t answer phone calls before 9am, our opening timing , come early for cleaning ‘. Could have saved us so much time and hassle if they were to just answer and said no doctor . Bunch of time wasters.

Doctor was not keen on the issue child is facing and had to request for medication, no proper guidance on how to use medicines and clinic even missed to label for usage. Unless absolutely compulsory i would avoid this clinic in future

Not a bad clinic. Paediatrician Dr Allyson Tan was thorough in checking. I like that she only prescribed medicine that we don't carry at home. We walked in at about 9.25am, was given appointment between 10am - 11am. We went in the doc room shortly after 10. We were surprised by the efficiency. Towards the end of consultation, while we were digesting the info and pondering what other questions to ask the doc, the nurse said bye bye like she was chasing us away. Or she's not comfortable with the silence after doc finished talking, so must say something? The pharmacist/receptionist who was giving instructions for medication also sounded very business-like. Understand they don't bear any ill intention but can be uncomfortable hearing the curtness. After all they are in a people business.

If you want to be treated, be a regular patient and make appointment beforehand. I walked-in at 9:45am on weekday and immediately received discriminate attitude from one of the staff for being first time customer and did not make appointment beforehand. Was being in urgent situation as my child was having diarrhoea badly, after I went through all the paperwork and registration process, and after being asked many times, the staff finally told me that waiting time is 2 to 3 hours. At that time there were no other patients seen in the clinic. Usually for a doctor to see a patient it will just take less than 10 minutes so while waiting for all the pre-registered patient to come, I believe that a 10-minute slot could be granted for my child. Even though is my bad for not knowing that pre-registration is needed, I believe that some flexibility could have been extended for a walk-in patient with urgent situation. We walk to another clinic nearby and being treated immediately. After all, what I wanna say here is there are many doctors out there and they are all good in their profession, being able to diagnose and give medication. This comment will probably won’t affect the clinic’s business at all but I hope the doctors and staffs who read this will have a minute of reflection.
