I recently visited The Face Shop at Compass One and had a wonderful experience. The store itself boasts a pleasant atmosphere, well-organized, and brimming with a wide array of products catering to all your skincare, body care, and makeup needs.
I was approached by a staff member named Irene, who was incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful. She expertly guided me through their current promotions, explaining the offers clearly and assisting me in making selections that suited my needs. This personalized service made the shopping experience truly enjoyable.
I took advantage of the promotions and purchased the following:
• Amino Cleanser: This cleanser, originally priced at $38, was available for $10. The cleanser is suitable for people with acne, and I can even share it with my daughter.
• Body Wash (1-for-1 Deal): I received two bottles of body wash for the price of one, a fantastic deal! The smell is great and I feel my skin is smooth after using it.
• Mix & Match Highlighter & Blusher: Irene helped me choose a highlighter and blusher that perfectly complemented my skin tone.
The promotions, coupled with Irene's exceptional customer service and the pleasant store atmosphere, made this visit to The Face Shop a truly worthwhile experience. I highly recommend visiting this store. The wide range of products and knowledgeable staff make it a great place to discover new favorites.

Went to compass one TFS and was served by Valerie and she's very friendly, nice and patient! 👍 She answered to all my queries on the products which i enquire on for my face and she's patient and knowledgeable! Racist. That's what I have to say. Today there is a pop up store at compass one, I observed that many of Chinese customers getting free gifts to a specific amount of money they spend on, there's this Malay family who bought like around $30 worth products from the shop. But the cashier didn't even give them the free gifts EVEN THOUGH the other Chinese customers they gave had only like 1-2 products bought. This is either racism or bias to their own race. But finally, the Malay family got the free gifts after they confront the cashiers. Honestly racism in Singapore is crazy, what happend to multiracial???

The staff is very friendly, that’s the reason I gave 2 star. However, I was advised to buy a $65 facial cream for redden/damaged sensitive skin while I have none of the related issue. I was in a rush so didn’t read the instructions properly (which is my mistake). However, I still feel like being scammed coz the sales assistant is completely aware that I don’t have sensitive skin. Hopefully the shop could improve on seller ethics and stop pushing customers on the unneeded products.

Host a sale roadshow at compass one. Nobody approach me and just walk away even though I'm looking at them and walking around the corner during these 15-20 minutes.This is disappointing coming from a well known brand. I am never going to patronize thefaceshop. Beware of the poor marketing campaign from this stall!

Host a sale roadshow at compass one… it didn’t even state the mask must be purchase at a minimum of 10 pieces.
Grabbed 2 pieces, waited for 15min for payment.
And then the staff at the counter just mention that i can’t make a purchase, because it should be 10 pieces minimum.
Nobody approach me or stand around the corner during these 15 minutes to let me know.
This is disappointing coming from a well known brand. I am never going to patronize thefaceshop. Beware of the poor marketing campaign from this stall!

Been here a few times to purchase my skincare and makeup necessities. The products are affordable and it works on me (I don't know about other people though). Customer service in there is alright, as long as they aren't rude cos' I don't mind them not minding me while I browse thru the products.
