Helpful aunties & helium pricing was competitive comparing to another store. We decided to purchase from them. Helium balloons usually will last at least 1-2 days.
2 out of 4 balloons, they started to deflate within 4 hours after getting them.
The helium balloons we had purchased from the other store in compass a year ago, balloons lasted more than 2 days.

Bought the Push-Pop candy @ $1.60.
The whole thing had melted and I just threw it away immediately after exiting the shop.

The lady was very helpful. She suggested which balloons to get, asked me what string and if I want weight. Even helped me tie the string up so I could easily bring it on the train. Complete package for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend

It's really misleading thinking that the shop looks like it has better quality party items than SKP which is just a level above them.
From the price I paid for the backdrop; it's really disappointing that the the 1mx2m backdrop has to be taped to make it 1m(Not even taped straight to even begin with). The quality of the item even frails out right after pasting double sided tape on it.
So paying $9 for the backdrop is certainly not worth it.

Very very disappointed with this Auntie whom we bought number 5 balloon and an Ariel helium pumped balloon for our birthday gal today 21 Nov 2021 @ around 1pm.... we were happily served by a young lady whom assisted us really warm and gave us quite some suggestions which to get. However while paying for them, it became this Auntie serving and assisted with the balloon pump. When we collected one helium and one hand pumped balloon, the number 5 seems alittle not as full but was explained by the Auntie maybe due to air temperature difference. We buy her story and went ahead home, while in our car, the balloon started to deflate! We couldn't turn back as we are bringing lunch home. Once home, I immediately gave the store a call and informed her. She made the request to return for an exchange. We did that and returned ard 2 hrs later after settling some decor and our lunch. To our surprised, she question us, did we handle the balloon with care and why we came back so long later! Despite the heavy rain, we made our way back, instead of showing concerns over the hassle caused, she is more concerned to trying prove is our issue causing the balloon to deflate. Her attitude was indeed atrocious as compared to the young lady whom served us moments ago. In fact, we have been yearly buying from them since we stay in SK or Hougang area all these years. Maybe this Auntie is the boss?! Even if she is the boss, bear in mind manning a party shop is for happy occasions. If u wanna spoil people's mood, please dun serve anyone for goodness sake. Thanks but no thanks, I will never patronise this shop ever again. Buy at own risk from this Auntie.
