KIOSK KITCHEN ASSISTANT - Full Time SG Locals & PR

Work location Sushi Deli Kiosk: Inside Cold Storage Supermarket (Compass One)

Work location: Bukit Panjang Plaza / Pungol Plaza

➢ Salary: $2,100 (Basic $2,000 + $100 Transport)

➢ 44 Hour Per Week/estimate: Daily 8 hr or 9 hr (1 hr lunch break)

➢ Able to Commit Shift Work (Weekday, Weekend including PH) (5 – 6 days)

➢ Shift: Morning, Afternoon, Evening till closing

➢ Off day rotating with other staff (Can plan duty roster)

➢ 30 Hour Per Week/estimate: Daily 6 hr

Job Description:

Sushi Preparation & Food Handling

• Prepare and assemble sushi rolls, nigiri, and bento boxes according to company recipes and

quality standards.

• Ensure all ingredients are fresh and properly stored.

• Maintain consistency in portioning, presentation, and taste.

Stall Operations & Maintenance

• Keep the sushi display well-stocked, visually appealing, and organized.

• Follow proper food handling, hygiene, and safety guidelines at all times.

• Clean and sanitize workstations, utensils, and equipment regularly.

• Assist in restocking ingredients and supplies when needed.

Teamwork & Efficiency

• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to meet production targets.

• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Follow company guidelines and SOPs for food preparation and safety.

Requirements:

✔ Prior experience in sushi preparation is required.

✔ Strong knowledge of sushi ingredients and handling techniques.

✔ Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

✔ Good teamwork and communication skills.

✔ Commitment to maintaining hygiene and food safety standards.

✔ Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in a sushi kiosk, supermarket, or food production environment.
