1. They serve u in kids plate. So imagine how small the serving is
2. Stingy portion. Everywhere else when u order Turkish food, they give you some salad as side.
3. Expensive for its poor quality and small serving.
4. Tasteless. I ordered 2 times and all 2 times been disappointing.

I've eaten here four times, and the latest visit will unfortunately be my last.
Trip #1: Pleasant surprise to find a new store selling kebabs in the food court so we tried it. It was alright. Not nearly special enough that one would visit just to eat it, but I like an exotic food option so we decided we would visit again and support them.
Trip #2: Take out this time. Ordered the same thing, two kebabs, but added one more dish to try more of the menu: falafel. The falafel ended up being delayed by about 20 minutes because the owner said they kept breaking up as he prepared them but there was some service recovery; he offered lentil soup for free which I thought was a nice gesture.
Trip #3: This was just a few days ago. I brought more of my family members along to try the food. This time, the food tasted so much better than the first time two times (the chef dipped his head out of the kitchen occasionally, and I noted he actually looked like he's from Turkmenistan). The kebabs were juicy and crispy, and the rice was tasty. Slight hiccup, however, in that I ordered falafel (again, this seems to be a problematic food) and it was delayed by about 15 minutes. When I went back to check on the falafel, the owner handed me a plate of four pieces of grilled haloumi, saying that there were issues with the falafel and that the haloumi was of equal value. I didn't order grilled haloumi, and it wasn't what I wanted, so I just opted for a refund. The owner then said the haloumi would be free, and he would give me the refund. I didn't want to do that since he's running a business, so I reluctantly accepted the haloumi as replacement for the falafel. The saving grace, however, was that the haloumi turned out to be very good.
Trip #4: This was just this evening. The order was put in at 18:36: two kebabs and a grilled haloumi. The first kebab came quickly enough, but was very dry and bland. We then went to retrieve the second kebab some 10 minutes afterwards, and was told the haloumi would take some time. Though the portion was a good size, this second kebab was just as dry and bland. Now by 19:00, we had finished our kebabs and were still waiting on the grilled haloumi. So, I walk to the store for the third time, and the kebab guy with the long hair tells me "one minute". 19:06 rolls around, and so I tell him again: "Bro, it's been half an hour. Can I ask where my grilled haloumi is?" Kebab guy with the long hair is clearly upset, he drops his chicken shavings and goes into the kitchen and yells inside to someone something along the lines of "half an hour already", echoing what I just asked him. Long hair guy comes out and raises his voice at me and tells me something about "only one person bro". I reply: "I know you're only one person, but if the grilled haloumi was going to take 30 minutes you should have said so."
I'd like to think that I was fair and mentioned the good and bad parts of this stall in this review. I like supporting local businesses but I won't tolerate being given attitude for something that's not my fault. There seems to be an preparation issue items like falafel and grilled haloumi on the menu, so it would be good if the owner could look into that. Not for me though, but for future customers. I have no more reason to return. There's Stuff'd downstairs at a better price point, faster service times, much better food quality and best of all — no bad attitude.

Pretty decent Turkish food for takeaway. Won't say it's the best I've had, but it does the job.
