I strongly advise everybody who does take away, to check your items before you leave. My helper collected the food for us, but there are 2 missing items which is the coleslaw and whipped potato. With no avenue to make our complaints. So here am i. Get your act together, or you guys will be the next Wendy's..

Bought 2 sets of the ghost pepper dunked wings at Compass One on 21/7. Was shocked to see that 4 out of 8 pcs were black like “chow da”. Feedback via the link on the website on the same day but till now no response. How can give customers this type of food quality?? So disappointed and upset.

dis outlet is big with more seats at the inner right side. tables and floor not very clean. service was quite fast. burger was hot but fries was cold, drink not very nice. chili crab mantou burger was quite big, taste was ok bit not fabulous.

Hi, I recently ordered a takeaway 2-piece set meal, but I was quite disappointed with the portion size. The chicken pieces were extremely small, as you can see from the photo I’ve attached. Was there at 7.45 on a weekday night so there was a pretty long queue. I tried the new buldak set. The double down chicken was salty, but tender. The noodles were interesting but felt there could be more The kimchislaw was nice - it was still refreshing and the kimchi smell wasn't overpowering The cheese fries were pretty average. The special sauce didn't add much to the taste. Preferred the regular cheese fries. Overall, not bad, but don't think I will eat it again.

Worst kfc restaurant to go. Don't think there is even a manager working. U can order but never know when is your order coming out. No one that is there to make sure the order is going out so many tray on the counter u have to check yourself to collect your order all the staff will just face the kitchen to do the order and all will take turn to shout out the number 2 to 3 time that's it good luck to you if u can hear it.

Ordered 2 sets of 2 piece meal through GRAB from CompassOne. Only 2 pkt of chilli sauce given. It was supposed to be 2 boxes of 2 piece meal but to my surprise, all 4 pieces of chicken were packed in the same box. The chicken were dry, tough, small and oily which doesn’t justify with the price paid. I think those from coffeeshop serves higher standard of fried chicken.

7pm weekday Food was decent, but do check your order — mine had missing items. I managed to get a seat quickly near the Pizza Hut side, but the wait after placing my order was ridiculous — nearly an hour! The queue number system wasn’t updated at all. Customers were expected to stand around the counter and wait blindly. Very poor service and lack of proper order management.

Review of KFC @ CompassOne I came down specifically to check out KFC’s new Chilli Crab Mantou Zinger launch—but instead of ordering the burger itself, we opted for the Family Feast, which was part of the same special Chilli Crab promotion. The family pack came with our usual favourites: Original Recipe Chicken, Crispy Chicken, Chicken Nuggets, Mashed Potato, Coleslaw, Cheesy Fries, and Mac & Cheese. As part of the Chilli Crab special, it also included 4 mini mantous and a small tub of chilli crab dip—a really nice bonus! Now, let’s talk about that chilli crab dip—it was legitimately impressive. It tasted just like the rich, savoury chilli crab sauce you’d expect at a seafood restaurant. Honestly, I preferred it over the recent McDonald’s Jumbo Sauce—it’s that good. We also tried the Ondeh Egg Tart, which was more like a pandan egg custard in a tart shell, topped with a crème brûlée layer and coconut shavings. A sweet little local twist that worked really well! KFC’s effort to localise their menu this round is spot-on. This Chilli Crab launch is definitely worth checking out!
