First time to dine-in at this outlet. Been to their original outlet at Balestier. After that, so long by seeing this chicken rice brand, would want to give a try. Always goes to Bendemeer Road outlet & also been to outlets like Century Sq & AMK. Most of the time, fixed at set meal with steamed chicken meat, rice & soup of the day πŸ˜‹

Kudos to the senior waitress for their sharp observation. She spotted we have nearly finished the minced ginger and chili paste and then quickly helped to replace a new one. I admire your professionalism πŸ‘. Chicken and vegetables are good. Chicken is tender as usual, just that breast meat is still slightly dry if without the chicken sauce. Overall is good for a chicken rice for my taste.

This is my first visit to this outlet with my family and find the place quite neatly arranged. Ordered half chicken, ζ’…θœζ‰£θ‚‰, veggie with three types of egg. Chicken is as usual tender and juicy and very flavorful without fail. ζ’…θœζ‰£θ‚‰Is rather salty and not preferred. Veggie is done nicely and good to go with rice. As a whole, is a good meal and worth the visit.

Boon Tong Kee, a staple in Singapore for its chicken rice, offers a dining experience that's both traditional and flavorful, especially at its Balestier location. The **rice** is the star here, incredibly aromatic and well-cooked with chicken fat and spices, earning a solid 5 stars. The **imperial pork ribs** are a must-try, tender and packed with flavor, also deserving 5 stars. The **Thai sauce chicken feet** are delicious, with a tangy and savory profile that's unique, also rated at 5 stars. However, the **chicken** only gets 4 stars from me; while it's cooked well, it's not kampong chicken, which I prefer. Boon Tong Kee's chicken lacks the distinct taste and texture I enjoy from kampong chicken, and it's not completely deboned, which slightly detracts from the experience. Despite this, Boon Tong Kee remains a go-to for quality chicken rice, though it might not satisfy those specifically seeking the kampong chicken experience.

Should open an outlet at Northpoint City. Try the chicken rice, very tender juicy and rice not too oily. Single portion is fairly big.
