Hi Singapore food chain brand please work harder to improve standards many big overseas brands coming in .. cook food is getting poor .. chicken leg is dry , oily not fresh mee robus i think add on more value remove fish cake give chicken meat
.. you not selling cheap .. hope you will see my post .. I’m sad to see our sg brand keep dropping and takeover by overseas brands .. wake I’m now only come here every after my meals for a kopi . I think non for your management is reading . Good luck

Buy bread fm u ask ppl whether or not need plastic bag, then how u ask ppl to hold 4 or 5 pieces of bread if don't have bag, some more u charge 10cent, fourleaves n swee heng n others don't charge unless ask for more bag, 1 person u collect 10cent, really earn alot on top of bread u sell, ridiculous!

The staff name Wynn on duty for cashier on 10 Dec @ ard 1630 hours is extremely slow in serving customers that cause long queue, still don't get it y breadtalK can open so many shop but staff so less and even tho you have 2 cashier but just wanted to open 1 cashier even during peak hours?
Aren't breadtalk service be better as the bread is not even cheap, just wanna have an explanation on this 🙄

Went to breadtalk today and the offerings looked quite nice and tasted great. But suddenly had a thought of why not we can choose how our bread are like. Wouldn't that be special.
