Spacious Burger King outlet at Compass One B1. Staff are friendly, love coming here every now and then for an affordable quick bite. Portion may be small but great taste! Better than the mcdonalds beside :)

Nice setting for dine in. Food is as always yummy and better than some other fast food chains. Sad that they stop salmon burger. It’s a favourite among so many of my friends and myself too.

Most times gets the order wrong. The cooks obviously cannot read.
Unless one opens each individual burger's wrapping, takeaway customers cannot see whether the order was correctly made or not. See photo of the sorriest Whopper With Cheese you hsve ever seen. Where is the cheese??? (No, it wasnt hiding, they forgot it.) Where are the pickles? Where are the sauces etc etc???)
$7 for this tasteless burger. With a wait of 15minutes in a nearly empty outlet.
One star because the counter girl was friendly.

Ms. Ash deserved to be recognised! She showed her professionalism and friendliness despite understaffed during peak hour and calling of frustrated customers/delivery man. 🫡
However, 1 star given for
1. The staff with limited abilities was standing next to the kiosk but not being helpful when people asking for help and wander around the shop doing nothing. Perhaps he should just stand next to tray return area for his job.
2. At least 30 minutes wait but my burger doesn’t served as what I customised. I ordered double toppings for my burger but seems nothing comes double as shown and not a tiny bit of onion seen at all.

Dine in or out only if u have time to spare. So long seen them under staff. Managers don't sit on it and do something, recruit crews!

Their customer service is second to none. I was completely impressed with Bob as his professionalism and customer service was excellent. He multitask and execute every orders so fast! 😊
The product quality is consistently outstanding, exceeding my expectations every time.
The ambiance here is always inviting and comfortable. Well recommended. Not crowded. A great place to dine in especially after a tiring day at work! Thank you to both counter and kitchen team! ❤

The food is delicious and there’s no crowd when we came. Probably because is a weekday. We like the quieter environment here.

Easy to get a seat. No crowd during lunch time in Compass 1. Fast service. Swiss mushroom smoky flavor, nice.
