It was my daughter's 1st time getting contact lens and it's for her graduation prom. There are quite a few optical shops in Compass One but we chose to walk into Capitol. We were served by Steve, very patient and experienced. Before we left, my daughter's spectacle was kinda loose and Steve helped her to adjust and even changed the nose pads without charging us a single cent. Obviously my daughter's spectacle wasn't from Capitol but Steve went the extra miles to helped her. Thank you Steve!! I'm very sure we will meet again!!

I am a repeat customer and was assisted by Steve. He is knowledgable and patient. Previously he helped me get glasses for my family and I came back to make another two sets for myself. Surprisingly, the frames for the glasses I wanted to get was on promotional price during this period and was cheaper than other shops. Shop was not crowded and it's a comfortable environment to choose glasses. Have recommended my friends to come down to check out the promotions.

Poor service. I made a pair of glasses through my family recommendation. Instead of going to Tampines, I went to Compass One. I made a pair of glasses that costs a thousand dollars. Less than a year, the screw came off often. Today it came out again. I went to the store. One serving a family who already tried more than 10 pairs and the other one checking one eyesight. The first staff asked me to sit and wait, she basically treated me invisible. She could have checked and replaced a new screw then sent me off. I waited 10mins. I was told that my frame is the “reasonable” pair and found nothing wrong. Branded and expensive frame in the store might have the same problem. Very sarcastic indeed! Will never patronise this store!

My daughter and I are full of praises for the services provided by the staff in Capitol Optical at Compass One. The salesperson who served me is not only knowledgeable in the products but also excels in customer service. The whole process of making spectacles is overwhelmingly easy and smooth. This shop is "unclean" , my frame was stolen from here (which i bought from Online, approach them to do glasses) & they compensated me, will not enter this shop ever

Not sure why this place had previous bad reviews but I had the best optical shop experience ever. Was attended to by Salman who provided awesome customer service and readily shared his knowledge about the products (contact lenses) and eye health. Kudos to him! Thank u for the excellent service, I would definitely recommend this shop to others.

The shop was empty, so I went in wanted to buy spectacle and would prefer to do an eye test but was told by a lady (unwelcome attitude) that there will be a charge of $25 or $50 (forgot) if didn’t purchase glasses. As if telling me ‘don’t waste my time if you not buying!’
Terrible, zero customer service!
Other spectacle shops do give free eye test!
