Horrible experience and customer service. The lady could not even explain the functions of the premium lenses and still dared to hard-sell it to my dad. She was even sarcastic with her words when we decided against her “recommendations”. We nearly walked off without purchasing but had already went through the eye screens.

Customer service here at compass one is really poor. Take some pointers from your colleagues at the city square outlet please. I have purchased 3 glasses from that outlet and everytime met with tip top service from a lady since 2020

Just went to Capitol optical shop in compassone. Capitol optical is totally rude. Don't even look at me while talking. After so many years, the service level is still the same.
