Hard selling and dishonest. Dont bother visiting or buying a package from them. Update: After writing this review, the staff call my number from their database and harass me for leaving a bad review. A total of 6 calls from the staff. Engage their service at your own risk.

Beware of the hard sell tactic. When fail to get me to top up, suddenly say got cars in front of me and need at least 2 hours. Obviously do not want to service me. I will never come back here.

Wanted to get a car wash at 545pm at compass one CARs International, however was rejected by the guy. He informed me that he is about to close, however the closing time is supposed to be 7.30pm as listed on google maps. Hardselling of products in order to be able to wash car beyond his 5.45pm working time. If yall close early can yall change the closing time to 5pm instead. Please do not make people go inside and pay the carpark fees for nothing. CARs Interntational, please educate your staff on proper working hours or kindly revise your timing on google maps. And also put in some work on the attitude of your staff. Thanks, A newly joined Car International Member that is very disappointed.

First i would like to express that it is very expensive. And my first visit car wash i still noted a crumbs and stains. The person didn’t clean it properly. Why wasn't it done properly? Why am I getting a $11 carwash service here? :( 2nd i sign up for membership as i thought it would benefit me. Having a need to download an apps for some balance amount redemption which i thought it would ease convenience and useful. However, the apps got jam alot of timesssss. I cannot see what so useful about the apps. 3rd because i cannot scroll through the apps, because i would like to book an appointment. So i thought why not head down and have a decent car wash. Since my last wash was 1 month ago. Reach there at 5.10pm, and a poor guy who work solo told me to come tomorrow. Why didnt i get to book for appointment if you want me to come tomorrow :( And what if i come tomorrow and you still want me to come the day after tomorrow? Lastly, can i have a refund back because Im not sure if tomorrow wash will happen? Best regards, A client with membership that doesn't bring benefit

If there’s a zero star I would have gladly gave. Super rude staff that has no basic courtesy. Boss should look into training of your staff, and those carpark lots in front of you doesn’t belong to your shop!
