Had to pay $30 to be a member. Staff just told me to sign up. Didn't know there was a hidden fee!! Staff didn't communicate properly. They just said member get $25 off for first purchase. But there was a hidden member fee they didn't mention! It's a scam!

Staff Chen Juan is very helpful when I was running around Challengers to find stock of Insta Mini Film and she even offered to check stock from other branches to help reduce my travelling to other challengers. Whereas am disappointed with Waterway Point Challengers staff that I went few times yet none of them offer to help me check other branches. Big thank you to Miss Chen Juan of Compass One Challenger.

While making payment for my earphones adaptor, I realised that my earphones left at the PC display was missing. Darryl tried to look around the store for it & realised it could have been taken by someone. Without making things difficult, he decided to replace a new earphones & bearing the cost. This gesture was much appreciated as i had a flight to catch. Such dedication of going the extra mile to keep a customer happy should be recognised n rewarded by the company. Fyi, I am now a Challenger member.

The deals are definitely good. They have some ongoing promotions for wireless speakers and headphones. They have good collection as far as audion equipments are concerned. Value members get good discount.

Lousy went to shop ask for charger cable recommending me cable that is not for charger. Avoid this store if ur looking for charging cable. Lousy should get fired for not knowing the basic

Unacceptable Service and Warranty Terms for Targus Mouse Purchase I recently purchased a Targus mouse at Compass One Challenger and have encountered a series of issues regarding the warranty and exchange process. I was informed that the mouse, which cost just $25, has a warranty that only allows for an exchange within 7 days in store of purchase as I over 2 days to bring down. It is shocking that such a large company offers such limited warranty coverage for even the most basic products. For such a short warranty window, customers expect smooth and immediate exchanges. I made a trip down to the store for an exchange, only to be told that I could not collect the replacement on the same day. Instead, I was asked to return on another day. This is a major inconvenience, especially since I had already gone out of my way to visit the store. When I called the customer service center, I was told the store was undergoing inventory checks and that I needed to come back after next Wednesday. This is not only inconvenient but also highly unprofessional. A company of this size should have better systems in place to handle exchanges efficiently, especially for something as simple as a mouse. The entire experience has been extremely frustrating, and I feel that the service provided is not acceptable. I would appreciate it if the management could review these processes and provide better solutions for customers, especially for basic warranty claims.

Purchased a pair of earpiece. A lovely set. My pleasant experience & happy purchase is credited to a lovely sales person Mr Kevin Khew Jia Hao. He approached me & asked if I needed help. I told him what I was looking for & my budget. He was well mannered often spotting an authentic smile & patiently responded to my queries.
