Felt cheated at this store. I bought an item from challenger that costed $49.90 ($34.90 for members) at compass one and the staff manipulated me into signing up for a membership which I had to pay an additional $30 and I will be able to purchase the item at $34.90 on top of a $10 voucher. However, I ended up paying $54.90. That wasn't the worst part as the item I bought turned out to be faulty so I went back to the store to do an exchange and the new item turned out to be faulty as well. Then guess what the staff said? she said "oh this item has been left there for a while so it might be faulty". Is the staff hearing herself? this means that they know the item might be faulty and yet they are still selling it. This is so dishonest.

Ask for a product, they keep checking here n there n made me waited like 15 min. Then say no stocks, need go other places which is fine. Then check again n say, no free gift, m i ok? Back n forth wasted me 20 min. They dun seem to know their stuff.

As its commercial, cramming as much into as small a space is the business model. Items are not cheap and can be hard to find. Sales staff generally are unfriendly and speak in Mandarin. When asked an English question, they struggle. Perhaps my experience on the day I was there. I avoid as much as I can these days. Helps save money and reduce anxiety.
