We ordered Fruit Square Cake, the fruit is fresh but the sponge cake is a bit dry. The Fresh Cream Soft Cake is tasteless and the Gateau Chocolate Piece is nice. This is our second time here and the service we had from the 2 salesperson behind the counter is not friendly. The comfortable tables are reserved so we had to sit at the side. We are upset with the service.

Have always been recommended to try Chateraise by friends. Bought a Christmas cake during Christmas and liked it very much. Cake was fluffy and not too sweet. Bought a mini chocolate lava cake this time, it’s good also. Good that it’s also not too sweet.

Had their new product - the sweet potato “Mont Blanc” and it tasted quite good. Chocolate cake slice was delicious as well.

Awesome Japanese cakes and pastry. U can get some Japanese snack like cookies, biscuit, pudding and jelly. Was told their product are freshly imported from Japan. Reasonable price with premium quality. Fresh cream are milky n smooth. Signature strawberry cake is a must try! Love it!

I think the person serving my family swapped out the cake when packing up, we couldnt even see the person packing the cake and when we came back we were surprised to see it was smashed up…

Always chill out here for an ice cream or cake during tea break.. there is a notice on the table to ask customers to dine in within an hour which is quite reasonable for desserts and drinks. Just that customers will find it unpleasant. Quality of ice cream is great. Service and atmosphere is a bit cold and unpleasant. Will just eat and then leave after eating.

The cake is so bad to be honest, the chiffon is so hard and the nuts are soggy. I came home straight away (unrefrigerated around 20mins only) Have eaten from other branches where I had the cake out longer than that but tasted much better. Gotten the caramel butter cake

Love the Crispy chocolate cake here. Cheapest among the cafes like Starbucks and CBTL. What I lost in McCafe Raspberry Diva cake is now replaced by the cakes here. The staff has now got used to be eating here and knows I only go for crispy. Likes the service, love the food, just that sometimes the other customers can be quite rowdy. Just hope that in time to come, there will be more Chateraise with sit down area around my place.
