I like their laksa but I have a complaint. When I ordered delivery or takeaway, the laksa gravy is packed separately from the noodles in a very small bowl. And they are very stingy with their gravy. The bowl is barely 3/4 full. The gravy is hardly enough to cover the noodles.

I will never, ever patronize Compass One E.A.T. again - today marks the last straw and my final visit! If Google allowed zero stars, that’s exactly what I’d give, but unfortunately, even the lowest rating requires at least one star. I’ve tarbao from this outlet five times, and every single time I received either the wrong order or food drenched in chilli, despite specifically requesting otherwise. This evening was no different. I ordered 2 Bak Chor Mee with ketchup and absolutely no chilli because my family and I do not eat spicy food. What did we get? Both bowls covered in chilli. My elderly mother even tried rinsing the noodles with hot water to salvage them, but they were still unbearably spicy. In the end, both bowls - meant for our dinner - were thrown into the rubbish bin. We were left with no choice but to cook instant noodles for dinner instead. To make things worse, when I placed an additional order — a bowl of fish dumpling soup with Mee Kia, added 2 more shrimp dumplings, and requested for the soup to be packed separately — the cashier in a black T-shirt gave me an impatient look. I almost shook my head. It was just 3 bowls, and yet I could feel the irritation. Seriously? If handling three simple orders already puts you in a mood, then what kind of service attitude is that? This is not just a one-off mistake - it's a pattern of repeated carelessness and a complete lack of attention to customer instructions. Zero attention to detail, zero accountability - hence, a ZERO star review from me. Completely disappointed to the max. #ZeroStarExperience #WrongOrderAgain #DinnerRuined #PoorService #AttitudeProblem #TotallyDisappointed #ServiceFail #NeverComingBack #CompassOneEAT

A clean place. I don't mind the atmosphere as long as it is clean. This is one of the clearer outlets. This outlet gave more vegetable vs some outlets that don't add in at all. Fresh cut chilli is very important for me. Good tea. A clean tray too. A wonderful experience.

I visited this restaurant recently and was quite disappointed by the experience. When placing my order, the staff seemed rather cold and unwelcoming. After ordering, I went to get some chili sauce and utensils, and noticed there were quite a number of small white bugs in the chili container. I brought this to the staff’s attention, but unfortunately, they just smiled and didn’t offer any explanation or action. They continued speaking in their own language (Vietnamese), which made me feel quite ignored as a customer. I believe there’s room for improvement in both hygiene and customer service. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously for the betterment of the dining experience.

the portion has definitely become smaller over the years......was given a total of 3 tofu puffs for their SGD6.00 laksa...and they gave half a portion of laksa gravy in the small takeaway bowl and i had to request for more gravy.....

Staff is not service oriented. Had to repeat my orders twice because they were too busy talking among themselves. After ordering, I had to wait longer for my prawn dumplings because they just wanted to clear the noodle orders first. I also noticed the staff handling raw food without gloves. And no one is interested in clearing the return tray shelf.

For a very long time I didn't patronise . Today, I was very disappointed. They have changed from plate to bowl for satay bee Hoon serving. The sauce was watery diluted. Initially I thought they were serving Mee rubus. Is this satay bee hoon from a different country?

I bought Set A (fishball noodles and coffee) for $5 + $0.50 takeaway charge. It’s quite a good deal in present day context. The noodles is good but the coffee needs improvement. Somehow the one in Clementi Mall serves better coffee than this one. Ordered kopi gao siew dai but tasted like bland coffee.
